Dunkin'

This is my favorite Dunkin in Wichita. I always drive past ever other one to come here. The managers are super nice. Kris is very cool & friendly. The guy working the drive thru always had a smile on his face.

Out of curiosity, I gave this location another chance, and it seems like the gm is getting a lot better with how she communicates with staff and customers. The food has never been disappointing, and most of the time the service has been exceptional. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because you can feel the stress from being understaffed when you're in the store for awhile. I think the store has great potential for when it's fully staffed with employees that stick around longer than a couple months at a time!

Good eats, good drinks, and familiar faces always make for a pleasant experience! the only thing I can think to suggest is maybe have the staff tone-down on openly being glued to their cellphones in front of customers? Just a thought!

Donuts were delicious. Only wish they'd of had some French crullers. Coffee was very good also.

Central and Rock Dunkin knows what they are doing! Despite having issues of being less staffed they will keep up as best as they can and always are pleasant to their customers

We are from out of town.
Dunkin doughnuts was our first experience. We ordered some food and coffee. The girl who ran the cashier today( 3/27/23 am sunday) was amazing. Not only that but the other 2 crew member as well. She helped us during our order, and they were very nice. They really were professional. Made our experience wonderful. My kids loved it and cant wait to come back. Thank you to that staff and the main girl running register, definately needs a raise.

Nice clean store, fast staff and good coffee.

Dunkin is my favorite coffee. I have been drinking Dunkin coffee for 50 years. Rock Road Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin in Wichita. The employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful when I'm undecided.

I experienced great customer service in the drive thru. The gentleman helping me was so patient with me when explaining what donuts were available as they were limited because I went at the end of the day. Getting donuts from here is our new favorite treat, they're always delicious!

Very friendly and great service even if you may have to wait a short while for large order its worth it! I have to add that you may want to check your order before you leave because sometimes they make mistakes like giving half of the sandwich lol but still great!

The management team is great although I hope all employees are working on coming a bit closer together and getting things right, because almost every time I've visited, my order has been completely wrong and messed up. But I have to give the management my appreciation!

A women named I think named Precious who might be the manager is the best! I only come to this location because the staff is always friendly even tho it’s way farther than the derby location and the tea is never sour. Thank you Precious!!!!

I eat here regularly. They consistently have fast friendly service and anytime they mess up on my order they always make it right. This place is very well ran!

They advertised "Now hiring amazing people". I think they found then. Service with a smile everytime, even when I'm ordering something new and have no idea what I'm getting. It's refreshing. ☕🍶🥤

Wonderful place great atmosphere very clean i really like the manager Tara there she so nice and explains everything if anyone there can fix it that's her go to her mainly for anything she so understand and works with fixing anything wrong and does it her self there needs more wonderful amazing people just like her go see her she will always but a smile on your face she great

Really good service! Greeted right away upon entering the shop. Drinks were perfectly made. The donuts were nice and fresh.

This is probably the best Dunkin in the county. Maria is the best. Always friendly and from what I saw this morning, she knows how to run a team.
