Pure Wonder is one of my favorites! The buy 3, get 3 included ALL store items when I visited. This was amazing. I bought a few Christmas gifts, stocked up on a few of my favorites and found the perfect gift for my secret Santa this year, all in my favorite store. I can't wait to find out what new candle scents are coming out this December! Crossing my fingers for the candle scents, INTO THE NIGHT and FAIRYTALE!!

Came pretty late during a big holiday reset and all the girls working were smiling, friendly, and helpful. Crystal lead me around the store while we smelled our favorite scents and I left with a couple new favorites! Appreciate the hard work these gals are doin!

I love treating myself to body sprays and body washes from here. Candles are good too, I’ve just not bought many lately since they can be toxic to pets and can create buildup on walls.

Love their car freshener oils as well but they seem to lose their scent quickly.

Recently they started selling cardboard box refillable hand soaps, which I’m so excited about! They’re such a steal compared to the plastic hand soap dispensers. I have multiple glass soap dispensers and I’ve been buying plain soap from the grocery store so I’m glad to go back to B&BW soaps with their refill cartons!

I had the BEST experience at this specific location! A lovely young lady named Abigail was very kind and helpful!! She reminded me of my coupon and had patients while I was trying to find it. As well as she offered me a candle that was on clearance that I didn’t notice!! She was the best!! Thank you Abigail!

This place is my guilty pleasure 😉. Don't tell the hubby how much I actually spend here! No seriously, please don't 🥺. B&BW/White Barn candles are the best. You can't get any better 3-wick candles anywhere else and they have so many choices for my greedy hands! I wait for their sales and then stock up - which they run frequently. Lotions and sprays and soaps, oh my! So many wonderful scents to choose from and they change it up every season. I may just need to get a part-time job here - I think they know me. I'm like Norm from the old sitcom 'Cheers'.

2018 Brown Thursday (Black Friday) shopping was hectic. Great staff working very helpful. Missy, Kennedy & Brian were awesome. There were others I just didn't get their names.
2019 Here again... Love the sales!

Honestly Bath and Body is my favorite store love the body products and the home products. This location is the main one I go to but I have shopped at every location in Wichita, Kansas and have received excellent service. The staff at this location is always helpful and very polite without making me feel pressured. I also shopped online with excellent service. Highly recommend both the products and the staff at this location for an enjoyable shopping experience

Took my mom with me. They no longer carry the scent she usually gets. One of the employees there showed her a couple of scents that are similar, she found one she liked. I went to find some body spray for my husband, the employee pointed me right to the men's scents.

To the girls that work on Saturday June 29th-2019. You girls were absolutely amazing! I walked in there wanting one of my favorite candles thinking it was going to be on sale I was told it was not on sale and I was very bummed. The lady looked at me and must have felt really bad for me that she sold me her candle that she had put aside for herself. Then the other coworker help me and sold me her candle as well!!!! They gave up their candles to sell to me that were the last ones that smelled like my favorite one! They made me feel special and made me feel like they cared to make me happy as a customer know
matter what they had to do. Thank you girls my experience was absolutely amazing! Keep up the great work!!!

I love Bath and Body Works Products, and I'm pretty sure I've bought at least 1 of every product. I especially like the 3-wick candles and the Wallflowers and plugins. I have several of the plugins for each season, and my guests often say my house always smells so good. I enjoy the employees also. They're always friendly and helpful, but don't walk around with you and bug you. AND, B&BW coupons are VERY generous !

Nice clean and organized store with very helpful employees! I love their lotion!!

Always an enjoyable experience. The associates are nice and always willing to help. Usually pretty knowledgeable about what products they have that might be comparable to something you've liked in the past but they no longer carry.

We went in on a wild goose chase. What my step son wanted he described to lady working. She was very patient and pleasant. I think we probably smelt every scent in that store and none of the scents were what he remembered. After all of the work she provided I wasn't going to walk out empty handed. This is a place that no matter if you find what you went in for, there is always something that you need. I'm sure they still use conversion counters too, and I didn't want to be a negative factor for their conversion.

I came into the B&BW in New Market Square not having a very good day. I go in and I’m helped by a worker named Emily. She was SO nice! She gave me her honest opinion on things based on what she thought I would like and would frequently approach me and keep light conversation (i was there for about over an hour because i’m indecisive.). She definitely made my day better. Best experience i’ve had in a B&BW :)

Service was great and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Becca helped us and she was extremely helpful and super personable. She always made sure we were finding everything okay and was very kind.

As soon as I walked in i felt the positive vibe! I love this store will definitely come back! The employees informed me of all the specials that were going on at the moment.

Any and every fragrance you could ever want in about any form you could think of including body wash, lotion, candles, body spray etc. Very friendly employees. Good specials.
