Rally House Wichita West

July, 2023. This store recently moved to a larger & much more convenient location.
It is about a block north of the original location. Still in the same shopping area. It has about any sport team or item you could want. Also a great selection of Kansas souvenirs including WIZARD OF OZ ITEMS. Also buffalo & tornado items.
It is near Michael’s & Best Buy. Olive Garden is next to Maize Road. Rally House is west of Olive Garden, set back from Maize Road & a few doors north of PETCO. Selection & parking are excellent. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this store. It is spread out now & easy to shop here.

I do not even know where to begin. Wow. Is all I can say about this establishment. I have never experienced such a welcoming staff in a retail store. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by 3 different staff members- all with the most energetic and friendly demeanor. As I was shopping, a staff member offered to help me get anything down and asked if I needed any assistance finding anything. When it was time to check out, a friendly young lady even offered to gift wrap my items. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience, I will be returning and telling all of my friends!

Awesome variety and something for everyone. The layout of store and display of products was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

The associates are very nice. The store is clean. They have a huge selection of sports wear.

Spacious store which is better than last store. Wish they had more new light purple KSU t-shirts in stock.

A few days ago, I gave this place a one star review, and was extremely unhappy with the merchandise and employee response I had received when calling the store. However, a customer service manager reached out to me from the Manhattan store, and allowed me to return the item at no cost for return shipping, and helped me find the item I had originally wanted, and gave me a discount on that item, and is not charging me for shipping costs for the new item. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Michael Benyo! You have restored my faith in your company!

I enjoy shopping in this store-they have so many choices! The staff are helpful and fun. They carry a good selection of larger sizes, and have great store hours.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful! They have a huge selection of local team merchandise. If you can imagine it, they probably have it themed in your favorite local team. Will definitely be a return customer!

I was in a hurry and trying to find a KS memento for a gift. There were several very nice ones. I was delighted to finish the task in a few minutes.

Customer service was so great even when I couldn't find my receipt for a return they were able to look it up for me and save me a lot of grief and hassle for an unwanted item.

I went to west location got complete run around with store manager out there, she was awful!! She has no idea how to manage, she lacks in customer service department. I decided to call east store Jessica was amazing she totally took care of me I would never shop out west even being a west sided I’ll drive to other side of town to shop!!!
