Let me start off by saying, this is the most professional establishment. The staff is very polite and they very willing to help in anyway. I want to give a special shoutout to Taylor and Alex! They both were very respectful, and very polite. Alex actually worked on my braces and was very gentle and explained everything throughout the whole process. Dr. Kohlmeier is exceptional. Never been more excited for my next appointment.

My son had an orthodontics emergency when our orthodontist was closed for a week. Kohlmeier Orthodontics was able to get us in within 15 minutes and fixed his broken wire (even though he's not a patient with them). Their kindness and speed at helping him feel better was amazing! They went over and above.

I absolutely love them! They are amazing!! I started going here in the beginning of 2022, currently now August 2023. The other ortho told me I couldn’t have Invisalign due to my teeth but they said absolutely not and got me prepared for my first set. I loved that whenever I needed more sets due to not being satisfied with how my teeth looked they don’t charge extra. I just had one of my last appointments to get my retainer made and i’m so happy. they have amazing staff including delanie who helped me today and was so nice. I always smile when I’m there as they all are very caring and nice!

It was my first dental experience in America. The whole staff here’s been always kind and friendly. a family-like atmosphere! Doctor kholmeier's way of speaking was always so sweet that I felt comfortable when I was being treated.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been with this orthodontist but I was looking through my pictures and found this!! This is hands down the best orthodontist!! I wish I didn’t have to PCs and transfer to another facility. Nothing was the same. Hayden & Kohlmeier always made me feel like family every visit and definitely took care of my smile!! I have never been to an Orthodontist, but I wanted to get invisaline and this office is BEYOND amazing! From the consult to receiving my Invisaline and every appointment in between. Alex is the sweetest person and talking to her is like talking to a friend I’ve known for years! She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. And I don’t think I’ve ever known a Dr to introduce himself by his first name 😅 but Dr. Kohlmeier has been amazing through my entire Invisaline treatment. 1000% recommend this office for any Orthodontic needs!!

I am so pleased with the service provided at Hayden & Kohlmeier Orthodontics today. They welcomed us with beautiful big smiles as we walked in the door, everyone was so friendly. Both Dr Hayden and Dr Kohlmeier introduced themselves and came out to the waiting area and complimented my daughter on her hair and made her feel so welcomed and happy to be there. Dr Kohlmeier was who serviced us in the back and he was amazing, very understanding and excellent with kids. I would highly recommend them. I felt like I belonged there and they were family! My daughter name was written on a board at the front door before walking into the building to welcome her! Such an awesome experience! I am pleased at their knowledge of the work needed to be done for my daughter. Great customer service and amazing at what they do!

My treatment plan was a little out of the ordinary, but it was no problem for Dr. Kohlmeier. They helped me get everything figured out and finished my treatment with the best possible results. Dr. Kohlmeier was very meticulous and detail oriented, along with making sure my wishes and considerations were taken into account. Within the time I was there I didn’t want my braces to come off🤣🤣 truth is, they all became apart of my family.
Every holiday they are constantly doing fun things. Most of all they care. I can’t tell you how many times I had to call on a weekend because of an issue (my treatment was a little different then some) but not too much for them to deal with. I’m so grateful for the team. They heard me and didn’t rush my treatment. My input meant everything to them. If you’re looking for an orthodontist THIS IS YOUR LAST STOP! 😊😊

If you have a unique situation with your teeth then go here. I’m very happy that Dr. Kohlmeier is so patient and caring of my concerns. I was worried about one chipped tooth after my braces were off and then he made me a retainer to make the tooth look better with my smile. I’m so thankful for also helping me speed up my braces so that they could get them out before I move.

My experience with Hayden Orthodontics has exceeded my expectations. I wasn't thrilled about the idea of adult orthodontic treatment and was originally very skeptical. Dr. Hayden & Staff eased all my concerns and thoroughly discussed my treatment plan and benefits of my treatment to put my skepticism to ease. I never knew this would become something I could be excited about!

The office environment and atmosphere is so inviting and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions their patients have. The biggest surprise to me is when Dr. Hayden called me from his personal cell phone after business hours to check in on me! WOW! I have nothing but great things to say about Hayden Orthodontics and am so excited to see my final results. I started out seeing Dr. Hayden, but was later transferred to Dr. Kohlmeier and I have to say, he is amazing! He is extremely kind and was able to explain things in ways I was able to relate to. He got me on the fast track to getting my braces off and being happy with the result. I was also a transfer from Alaska which made my case a little more complicated. All the girls in the office are great, but Alisha is especially wonderful! I'm not sure I would've made it through without her! My small mouth made for quite the struggle and I always requested Alisha, poor thing! But I always wanted her because she is the absolute best! Jodi at the front desk is always nice and helpful as well. Hayden Orthodontics has a great team and I would recommend them to all! I love my new smile!

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is always very nice and professional. The Ortho assistants do a very good job not only at treating you but making sure you are comfortable while waiting for a Dr. The Dr.'s themselves are great. I mainly saw Dr. Kohlmeier and he was always very nice and answered any questions I had. I would recommend anyone get treatment here. Dr.'s are great. Assistants are very good. Prices seemed fine to me. Would recommend for anyone looking for treatment.

Amazing experience! My son had a dental emergency and Dr. Hayden stayed after hours to help. He needed stitches and braces and they got him through it without a single tear. We were also in a bind due to cost and he worked with us without judgement. He's an awesome person as well as a great orthodontist!

Dr. Hayden and his entire staff are excellent! They are very understanding and extremely helpful. Dr. Hayden especially is very thorough in his work and strives to provide the most up to date and most convenient routines for dental care. He recently introduced me to "Acceledent" which is helping move my teeth twice as fast and with 90% less pain which is just super!

We couldn't be happier with Hayden Kohlmeier Orthodontics! They have treated our 3 kids and my husband and myself (who have always wanted straighter teeth, but once we saw our kids' gorgeous smiles after the doctors and staff worked their magic on them, we were jealous and jumped on board too!), so we can say with confidence (because we are frequent fliers at this office!), they are amazing! The doctors are the Dream Team, their staff is always very nice and helpful, the waiting room is always clean and festive and has a super great kids' area! Dr. Hayden even met us on a Saturday to fix a wire my daughter popped off because we were leaving town on vacation the next day. Between us all we've done braces and Invisalign, and they are experts at both. The cost has always been all-inclusive and we've never been asked to pay for any service or extra items above that. They communicated every step of the way, take a wholistic approach to orthodontics and we never feel rushed at any of our appointments...and to top it all off, they have really great chapstick flavors at the counter too! :)
