David is fantastic to work with. I was in a bad wreck in Idaho, and while I was thankfully unharmed, my car was totaled. Even from over 1000 miles away, David got the ball rolling immediately, helping me get a tow truck and starting the total loss claim. He had everything taken care of by the next day. Though the accident was a very scary experience, I am fortunate to have had many nice people like David help me through it. I can't thank him enough!

David Litchman is, hands down, the BEST insurance agent I have ever worked with! He works hard to get me the best rates and anytime I have ever had a question or claim, he takes care of all issues with not further involvement from me. Bary and his staff are always so helpful and friendly! They make the whole process of insurance much easier. David Litchman is very knowledgeable. He made my last insurance claim go so easy! They make me feel like a valued customer. Even when I call in with a stupid or off the wall question!

I met one of Bary's reps, Tessa, at Genesis and I had some questions about my policy as I had just moved from out of state, I ended up making an appointment with Tessa for the following day and when I went in, everyone was so nice and friendly. Tessa took care of everything for me and she got my husband a MUCH cheaper rate on his car insurance ($305 for 6 months at American Family to $183 for 6 months at State Farm) plus we got renters insurance and my car insurance was also lowered from what I was paying out of state. I got my policy transferred from State Farm in Texas to Kansas with no hassle at all. I really enjoyed everything that the State Farm team did for my family and I. I also was very impressed because the other reps there came in and introduced themselves and helped me. Everyone was so friendly and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

First, the cost of the insurance isn't out of reach. I pay my car insurance in person on a quarterly basis. When I go in the office I am treated like I am a long time friend. David, one of the agents in the office remembers my name every time I go in.
