The service that we received from Asia was outstanding. She is knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy and kind with a great sense of humor. She made the process of buying our recliner easy and she informed us of an upcoming sale before we purchased at full price. And of course, the reason we went to La-Z-Boy was because of the quality product.

Crystal, Matthew and all the La-Z-Boy staff members were very helpful. They gave me time to explore by myself and helped me when I had a question. It was a very comfortable experience. When I went back to change one aspect of my order, they were great and made sure my recliner would be delivered in a timely manner. One thing to note, from the day you make a purchase or rent out a fabric sample, you only have two days to return it- not three. Overall, very happy and looking forward to getting my recliner!

KeOndre Alexander assisted me with my recliner sofa purchase. He was very professional and was a great help selecting the fabric. He made my purchase experience very pleasant.

We were in the market for a sectional and we looked at many (if not all) furniture shops around town over the course of a year. We had a specific look in mind (due to space restrictions), along with the piece needing to be modular and quality was important. Recently we came back to La-Z-Boy to look again. We wanted recliners on our piece and La-Z-Boy continues to shine on quality and durability. We liked one sectional in particular and even brought a swatch home to test in the space. Long story short we used the free in home design services offered by La-Z-Boy. Miles was a delight to work with. He helped us spearhead our next home project by offering paint choices, furniture layout along with furniture pieces and material. We are truly satisfied and look forward to working with Miles on the next project.

My impromptu visit to the La-Z-Boy showroom was immensely successful. I was pleased to find a variety of fabrics and styles available, and Ryan's expertise guided me to an excellent choice for our family. La-Z-Boy has great selections and great staff!

I am so grateful to have worked with Asia! September 2023 I purchased a recliner for my mom and after 4 months she could not be any more please (wanted to make sure it was the perfect fit)! This chair has been a miracle for her because just getting up from a chair is so painful. Asia's experience in the medical field also helped us beyond any expectations. She took into consideration how it will basically stand her up without any work on her part, she needs double knee replacements, and that post surgery the fabric will still be under warranty for stains etc. Asia was profesional, approachable, patient (while I spoke with mom on phone multiple times lol) and never once felt like she was just trying to sell us the most or anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND ASIA!

I went to La-Z-Boy looking for a rocker/recliner. The gentleman took me to the store area where these were on display and told me a little about them and said if I have any questions he was their to help. I shopped around and found the one I wanted. He had left me alone to shop around, I motioned to him that I was ready to purchase and he came back and took care of business, explaining the sale, optional protection plan and delivery charges. It was quick and absolutely no pressure.

Sales lady was very helpful & knowledgeable. We were able to pick our chair & then customize it quickly, just the right color.

As to service and ordering, we shall see. I wandered the showroom floor solo and didn't query the store associates. I was there to look, not purchase, so I was fine and feel if I needed additional information it was readily available.
A return visit is imminent.

I met with Drea and also Miles at La-Z-Boy. I had a wonderful experience working with both of them. I’m so excited for my new furnishings to be delivered.

Went in just thinking we would look around. Wanted to try some recliners, salesman showed us were the recliners were and left us to sit in them and talk it over. We found what we thought we would want, but as we were leaving we saw a striking love seat. Tried sitting in it and talked about switching to it and a semi-matching recliner. Called the sales guy over and bought then and there.

Asias was so very helpful. She was well informed on her products. We did not feel pressured at all. A very pleasant experience. Thank you
