Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The inside is much better than it looks. Definitely worth the trip. If you are interested in getting a new pet, I would definitely start here since the staff is able to help you learn what all is necessary for your new pets care as well as which pet would be the best fit for you and your family. They're fish area and reptile room are amazing!

Based on the prices, determined I didn't want a turtle after all.

This place is great the owner,the shop attendants,managers,employees are were wonderful we had a house fire and need to a place that would board our fish until we got a new house, and they did just that, we explained that if the fish didn't make it we would not hols them liable, but we were just wanting to give them a chance striving chance. They held our fish for almost 2 months we got our new house,but we also had to wait until our water was acclimated for us to put them in it. We definitely recommend this they are very knowledgeable, we have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience.

The people who work here are amazing. I recently took in a rescue rat and didn’t know much (I did lots of research after I got him but I didn’t have time beforehand because we had to take him in immediately) But they were so nice and gave me advice on food and how to switch him to a pellet diet with the vegetables and gave me amazing advice for the cage and also gave their honest opinions. The guy even carried a very heavy cage out to the car for us and said hi to my rescue rat in the backseat. I can tell how much they love animals they really know their stuff. 10/10 service I’ll be using this pet store exclusively from now on and buying all my animals and animal products here. I definitely recommend it if you’re unsure about things you need for your pet or are a beginner when it comes to an animal you want. They don’t judge or make you anxious they’ll just help and that’s amazing.

The staff is always friendly and are usually handling an animal of some sort. The cages and kennels are always clean. The animals have good bedding, food and hides. I love going in and playing with the tiny hamsters and ferrets. Occasionally we play with a puppy. They have all the food, bedding, toys and treats that we need for our animals plus so much more!

One of the best fish stores in Wichita Kansas. But like all businesses they are having stocking problems. They only got about 60% of the weeks fish order! But Mark and Mike are great! Very knowledgeable!

It's a wonderful store and the employees are friendly and knows what they're talking about. This is definitely one of those "looks are deceptive" types of store, it looks small but the backroom has a very large, nice, and well kept aquariums of all types. Definitely visit if you have or want any sea critters

This store is decent, kinda dirty and unorganized. But the cashier was amazingly helpful in helping me find stuff for my snake, I believe her name started with an A? I always see her at nights. But thanks to her I will definitely be back (hopefully they’ll be more organized next time). It’s nice to find people who know what they’re talking about. And now my snake is having full sheds and is eating regularly. So grateful for her help!

Great place to pick up just about any type of domestic house fish. The entrance has a good section of rodent, reptile, and bird items, while the entire back section is full of fish tanks.

I was very happy to see that they had hedgehog food - three different times even.

This place is awesome. They have a massive fish room. And a big room full of things like tarantulas, chameleons and stuff. They have adorable ferrets and bunnies too! It looks small but it's definitely not!! The staff asks the animals for permission to hold them.. How cute!! 😍

Recused a snake years ago and was buying his food some where else. Had him about a year an half was still buying his food at the other WELL known place and he got really sick. Started going to pet world and getting his food and he is good. Never have had a problem!!!! Really caring people.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection of animals, rabbits, ferrets, bird, rats, hamsters, fish, reptiles & snakes. Large selection of pet food, toys etc etc. Only thing is the store smells a bit but good otherwise. I get my Betta fish here, will always but my fish from petworld!

I love this place and these people so much that I drive 3 and a half hours one way to buy my fish from here. 20/10 would highly recommend this pet store.

This place was is super lagit. The man that works there was very nice and knowledgeable. The cages are set up way cool. I found things at this store for my snake that I have not found other places. Their prices were pretty good too.

Best store for fish that I have ever been in. They had many options and good prices. I wish I would have asked for the guy's name who helped me because he was great. I live almost two hours away from this place and I'm coming back here for all my aquarium needs if that says anything.

They have what I need to run my reef tank. Very friendly great staff.

Salt water stuff is lacking these days but fresh water selection is decent. I wouldn't recommend buying a tank for here though cause they mark them up drastically. But I still come in to fill up my RO water jugs.

I have 3 teenage boys with autism. They let my boys touch and hold animals. I really appreciate the staff taking time to answer their questions. Great selection of fish.
