I was looking for a pair slip on rubber boots for over shoes.
They do not sell them here.
Looked at a new pair of work boots.
Steel tied.
They had those and good deans. Wolverine.

My family is super picky when it comes to shoes. We are almost always able to find something for each of them and good prices. Also have good sales.

My family visited the store due to my wife and daughter needing shoes. We had to do an exchange for my daughter because we picked up a size too big for her and my wife was hoping to purchase boots because of a BOGO sale. We were instantly greeted by staff, we were helped by friendly staff when we requested it, and the manager, Cayenne, was extremely nice to our family. My family is very appreciative of her because she was even able to help us out with a discount for my wife's shoes. My first time to the store and I was really impressed. My family has agreed that this will be our new shoe store from now on. Thank you, Cayenne, and for the rest of the friendly staff!

I love shoe carnival, it's the only place I shop for shoes, I had it over in Idaho when I used to live there so I was delighted it was an option here. Staff is always helpful and nice.

I always end up here when I'm looking for shoes. The stores are clean, well stocked (even for larger sizes like I need), and organized. Staff have always been friendly, not intimidating when I'm browsing, and seem to be knowledgeable. I like Shoe Carnival because they always seem to be running there BOGO half off sale - perfect for an extra pair of shoes or a gift for others. On top of that, their prices are already reasonable.

I had an issue with a pair of shoes that I bought as a gift (completely my fault). I went to the store knowing that nothing would be able to be done... It was over a month, I didn't have the original box; I was just coming in with the shoes and a receipt. I figured I might as well ask though while I was out - would it be okay for me to upgrade the size at a discounted cost.

Instead of simply being turned away, the manager told me to she was open to helping me out. The store had every right to tell me they couldn't help, but the manager took the time and patience to think of a creative solution and offer me a way of getting my situation resolved. It was beyond my expectations and I can safely say that they will be getting a lot more of my business in the future. Polite, helpful, good selection and great prices... This store has a strong understanding of building customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Good collection at affordable price. Have many brands for shoes except Reebok. But still many varieties of women's wear specially heels. Did not have to look for any stores after this for my wife.

Staff was very helpful. They didn't have my size but they did order and had delivered to my house at no charge. Got there at a good timely manner.

Went to browse Shoe Carnival, wasn't sure of my son's size anymore due to the pandemic. Ask one of the employees and he happily measured my son's feet and sanitized the shoe measure thing (not sure the correct name for it). He was helpful and pleasant. We ended up pick up new shoes and they were on SALE!

Always have a good experience at Shoe Carnival. If you sign up for rewards you get emails with coupons and special offers. I saved over 40$ today on my purchase from coupons! Thanks Shoe Carnival, and thank you to the always friendly staff!

The prices here are very very reasonable. My kids always find name brand shoes (Nike,Fila, Adidas) for under $50 a pair. The only downside is the inventory is limited in sizes 3-10. But overall a very good place for kids and pre teens to buy shoes, especially since they go through shoes so fast.

Good sale going on with buy one get one half off. The staff very friendly and helpful. It was nice to see all staff and customers in the store wearing masks.

Bought my son's first pair of sneakers here. The staff is very friendly. One guy helped us with everything even assisting with fitting when my son kept curling his toes instead of allowing me to put the shoes on. They do have specials and deals, they announce it like at a carnival, but these are name brand shoes and it is unlikely you will spend less than $50 unless what you're looking for is in that center aisle being announced on sale.

Great selection and diversity. Pricing is good too - better than some of the online stores. Friendly staff too.

My daughter wanted some Chuck Ts. My son's got some athletic shoes and my youngest got some nike slides. Overall, great store and help from employees.
