Great Customer Service and reasonable premiums! Safe Driver checks have helped me improve my driving habits. They do annual insurance reviews and explain additional savings opportunities or additional coverage I might need. Very easy to do business with and I highly recommend they are my trusted advisors!

I don't normally give high praises two insurance companies but with Allstate they deserve my highest compliments that I can give. I received a letter about insurance rates and after calling I was told that I would receive a call back from an agent. Within 10 minutes I had received my phone call from a young man by the name of Louie Kebert. After about 2 minutes of speaking with Louie I was sold. His customer service skills customer courtesy steals the way he talked was a 10 plus and he actually made buying new car insurance a lot of fun and I can't say that about very many insurance agents. And I don't give praises out easily but he had me sold within 2 minutes and from that point I knew that I wanted him to be my insurance agent. I now see why my father had Allstate Insurance for the last thirty-five years of his life the quality of service you get is top-notch. I highly recommend Allstate to anyone who is looking for insurance cuz you won't find better customer service anywhere else then you will with Allstate Insurance. Sincerely Kevin Brumley!!!

I bought a car at Eddys Ford of Augusta. It was a great experience. They asked me if I wanted an insurance quote and I immediately said yes. The girl was extremely nice and personable and she saved me money on my insurance which was why I agreed to get both car and home insurance.

Rachel Mcguire is the best insurance agent on the planet maybe the whole universe. She is extremely nice, friendly and very helpful and easy to talk too. If you don't switch to Allstate and go through Rachel after reading this review you're dumb.

Been with allstate before and the price for full coverage of $118.05 we're very happy with this price for two vehicles on this full coverage with towing thank you for helping giving us the cheapest price for two vehicles hope it stays at this price for full coverage with towing for $118.05 a month and not go up on us it was a $22.79 saving from other insurance companies
