She genuinely cares, knows her products, and is a talented sales women who puts your needs and safety before anything else. So glad i have her as my agent, she is prompt and has accommodated all my requests, and by using her I am more protected than i have ever been. My days of price shopping are over, she is an invaluable resource. Thank you Mrs. Casey!

Not sure who Paula is that works there, but never had a good phone call with her. She will cold call me at inconvenient times and start chewing me out or demanding things, right from literally day one. Her demeanor is very unprofessional. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but at this point, this is to let others know what to expect. My Experience with Rikki Casey herself has been very good, but my experience with Paula over the last 2-3 years is making me want to shop around again for someone else just to avoid Paula. I waited several years before posting this review just so it wasn't a first impression or a single bad experience, but no improvement.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! On several diffrent occasions my mother has been told one thing in a email as proof then told a different the very next day was told something totally diffrent. I would not recommend Rikki Casey Insurance at all. TOTAL JOKE
