Ribbit Computers

Really lovely local repair shop with knowledgeable and considerate staff, extremely fair prices, and a chill/unintimidating environment. They generously went above and beyond on a fan repair issue for my mac laptop. (West Location) As a bonus they also offer a variety of used/misc parts for sale in-store. I would definitely recommend Ribbit whether you're in the market for something or need a device repaired. Turn at the frog!

In October of 2023, I bought a computer from Ribbit for school.They helped me pick out the best computer for my needs and wants and took time to "dumb-down" the computer terms for me. They helped me set up my new computer as well as back up the new.

On February 12, 2024 I noticed my computer wasn't charging. I gave it a day and decided to call Ribbit to see if they had suggestions. They said to try a new cord and if that didn't work to bring it and they would check it out. The new cord didn't work, and rather then find I computer store near me I drove 2 hours because I knew that Ribbit would be honest and help me anyway they could. Long story short they were able to find a c-plug charger. Ribbit was very kind and gave us the cord half off for my trip.

I would 100% recommend Ribbit to anyone who is looking for a new or used computer or computer setup. *(side not to all college students: Unplug Your Computer When Carrying It Around!)

I took my iPad in with issues of not connecting to accessory keyboard; Zach and another employee were both helpful and friendly. Zach even gave me some tips on how to get a better connection when watching my church service that was having freezing issues. Yay Ribbit on West Street!

Excellent service, brought in my tower because it was doing some goobery shenanigans after a Windows update and me over her thinking I'm screwed after explaining the situation and all the troubleshooting I've alreadt done to the guys. They plugged it in, maybe hit a few buttons and LIKE MAGIC, the silly thing booted up like normal. Amazing!

They answered alot of my questions, and now my baby is as good as new! I appreciate you guys!

I didn’t catch his name, but the nice guy with the mustache removed and disposed of a battery on a laptop we had that was definitely a fire hazard. He had it out in 5-10 mins and no charge! Highly recommend these guys!

Great help went in to check my pc that I had just put together and it wasn’t booting an operating system they did a diagnostic and tested each of my components and came to the conclusion it was a faulty motherboard and I had it replaced and brought it back for them to troubleshoot when the new one refused to post at all and they managed to get it working and installed the operating system for me. Nice staff, great service, would recommend to anyone who is having computer troubles.

If you work with real machines (computers) and have issues with them, you should not waste time and energy and, most critically, risk your machine by going anywhere else. Ribbit Computers, remember the name. They are very professional and competent people. I was stuck with my workstation with ubreakifix for 12 days without even getting a diagnosis, and then landed at a dangerous place- Wichita Computer Service and Repair. He almost destroyed my machine. Anyway, once I reached Ribbit Computers, they took care of it within 24 hours. Thank you, Ribbit Computers.

Ben is AMAZING!!!!! I have an older MacBook Pro that was "elite" when I got it and it is my entire LIFE - multiple businesses, school, and more! I had been thinking of replacing, but a neighbor who's an "IT guy" "helped" by replacing my battery and keyboard --- BADLY.... practically DESTROYING my system (so bad, the guys at Ribbit took photos of the mess). I took it in to the West Ribbit late morning in DIRE need with deadlines tonight and got IMPECCABLE service. Ben did a Fantastic job at diagnostics, Nate and Ben did a bang up job checking the system..and they turned it around same day. They EASILY saved me $1200 - $1500 over having to replace my baby with great service, totally understanding my time need and I couldn't be more impressed! Kudos Alex, Ben, Nate and the Ribbit Team! Definitely recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable. I went there today looking for a 230watt power supply from my laptop. They didn’t have one on hand, but showed me different places from which to order them.

I build and mantain my own computers, so im knowledgeable enough, but man when im stuck im stuck. I was so lost on how to fix the issue i had with my gaming rig. So i took my pc to Ribbit. I had never been here before, but i will 100% be back. Nate and Brodie are the 2 names i remember most, but there were several fellas who lent their expertise to help resolve my issue. All i cared about was getting the issue resolved, money wasnt my concern, so i was incredibly suprised by thier pricing. reasonable to say the least!!! I was expecting to have to pay a few hundred, and that wasnt the case. Great pricing, amazing help and just all in all thankful that I now have a shop to turn to when i need help with my pc's!

These guys are, in my opinion, the best computer help around. They are friendly, fast, easy to work with, most of all; they are experts at what they do. Would recommend them to anyone struggling with their operating system and any other computer issues!
