As a client for many years of this location I was severely disappointed with prior management. My recent experience was overwhelmingly positive and you could really see a change in store. The current manager Jesse absolutely deserves the promotion I was told he had just received. I hope all stores get the quality of customer care he is giving out. I was able to get what I was looking for and even save a bit of money! The best part was the ease of all of this and didn’t require an entire day worth of work just to get this done as prior experiences it took way too long to even get help paying a bill. I will definitely be coming back when in the market for upgrades.

Jesse was quick to greet me and help me with all my phone issues. Super personable and fun to work with! Will return to this store in the future!

I would like to share publicly about the experience I received from Leslie, one of your sales representatives at the 21st and Amidon store in Wichita, Kansas. She was awesome and gave me excellent customer service. I would recommend that she receive something from your corporate office in the area of Rewards or kudos.
I just went to get to buy a SIM card for my phone which is probably several years old. I was a little apprehensive to do so because I had an unpleasant experience at the AT&T Store on Rock Road in Wichita. The gentleman rushed me because I wasn't buying an expensive phone I believe and also he just wasn't patient with me because I am not technologically savvy. So I've waited several years thinking I'm probably need to do an upgrade which I knew I didn't qualify for through my current plan. But a I was in the store with Leslie I think that's her name your sales rep at the 21st and Amidon store she was just so very pleasant not pushy. I was asking her questions and she just answered them with the smile on her face even though she had her mask on, I could tell by her eyes. But because of her sweet personality and knowledge of your cellphones available to me, I went ahead and purchased a new phone. She gave me all the details of a new plan and all the particulars in language I could understand since I'm not proficient with technology. I know that she cares about customers because as I was waiting to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone. she waited on other customers and I saw she still had the same personable, outgoing pand caring personality that you don't always find in sales reps. So again my experience there at the 21st and Amidon store was very pleasant and I bought a phone from your company and not the most expensive one, but I still receive excellent
customer service and so I want Leslie to receive any rewards that your company offers to encourage her to keep up the good work.

Store manager Chayanne helped us with a complex issue. Chayanne was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She was very resourceful and patiently worked with us to resolve our problem. Xavier and Omar really went above and beyond to help me with my account needs. I went in there set in my mind that I wanted to cancel! After going to another store and calling customer service several times, I was beyond frustrated! Xavier really stepped up to fix my problem and Omar helped get me out the door in the shortest time possible! I have done business with AT&T in the past. They are a company that I have always been able to trust. All their employees have been extremely helpful. We are looking to upgrade our cellular service. So naturally we started our search with AT&T.
