Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I was skeptical I won't lie. I had never used a car wash like this always do myself but with work and 2 teenage daughters I haven't had time to wash my 99 Tahoe lately. She old but she's beautiful and I take care of it. Anyway looked it up to see mixed reviews but I tried the free coupon with my fingers crossed the whole time. And it came out beautiful clean and shining. Windows and all bumper to bumper and the vacuum was really good to and long enough to clean the front to the back hatch without having to pull up or turn around.. I was really happy and will be back. Thank you

In our neighborhood we receive yearly coupons to indulge in the "Tommy's Express" experience. The kids love the light show but you only do this at dark. It is almost like a laser show experience the kids tell me. The red is the best one for me. Free vacuum and mat service helps wrap this package. They offer a free month when signing up for packages and several vehicles with this. How can you do wrong receiving this? Employees are always smiling and the lot is always free of clutter and trash. It always looks exciting when we arrive. Thank you

No wait for my car wash. Fast and clean the first time through. I used the free vacuums after my wash and the hose fell off and without even asking for assistance the attendant came out and fixed it. Very polite and awesome customer service. He even stated “it was my pleasure!” Five star service this evening thank you😊 !

VERY busy place. Especially on a nice winter day and EVERYONE wants to get the salt off their vehicles. Line was out in the street to get in. We didn't wait, did our errands and came back later in the afternoon - got right it. Did exactly what the truck needed - no salt and a clean undercarriage.

Tommy’s is solid. There are other washes in town that are OK, but Tommy’s wash always gets my truck clean and dry. The hood of my 2015 Silverado is flat and driving it alone won’t pass enough air over the entire hood to blow away water droplets after a wash. Leaves gross water spots that drive me crazy. However, Tommy’s blowers always gets it dried off. Clean as a nuns conscience and shines like the sun. I just do the $10 wash and it always looks great. If I lived in town I’d definitely sign up for the membership, but I don’t make into the “Tah” enough to warrant it.

Oh, and they have free vacuums after your wash. Super handy to clean the junk out your car. One stop shop for a clean vehicle.

I love that I can take my 15 passenger van through here no problem! The kids love it too. Friendly staff and great vacuums that actually have suction to them 👍

This is a great place for carwash automatic shined your tires everything makes it look like a brand new car highly recommend trying $8 per car wash $18 for the complete carwash experience or $34 a month for unlimited car washes give Them a try

Very nice to be able to just go to any Tommy's car. Wash and not have to worry about paying or waiting in line. Just drive up and go through. And friendly people.

Gary was the star of the show! I was washing my truck and he approached me and thanked me for my business. Then offered to wash my floor mats for me. When I mentioned they wouldn't fit in the machine he took them inside and washed them. He then came out, got down on his knees, and hand dried them. I was blown away. Thank you Gary! This is exceptional customer service.

Great experience. In and out with my truck in 5 minutes. The brushes do an excellent job of getting all those dead bugs off. I prefer brushless, but this is the way to go if you are going for that brush.

I love this place! Every employee I have dealt with has been super nice. The way it washes your car is amazing. Every time I come out I slide a little bit so I know the undercarriage/tires are being taken care of too. Right now I am on a 30 day trial membership and I definitely think I will be getting an ongoing membership when the 30 days are up. There are lights that guide you through and when you first pull in, the rollers? grab your tires and you put your car in neutral and it pulls you through the whole way, I just love it!

Looks good. No spots. I got the $14 pkg. Service and was cycle were quick. I like that the tracks don't hug your tires and are wide enough to just drive on but you don't have to worry about placement. Really at the end of the day you just want to get it done and not have to run back thru because the first time didn't quite do the job. I didn't have to worry about that this at Tommy's.

Quick, friendly and a good price. Tommy's even got the lower rear window which most others miss. I'll be back to check out their monthly rates.

I am so happy that I left zips monthly subscription to come to a better car wash. Where the staff are more friendly and better customer service. The conveyor is so much better one my rims and does not scuff them up and leave marks. Ever since zips raised their prices I decided to look for another subscription place that way on my way home. The lights inside of the wash do get on my nerves but other than that I have found a place I am happy to pay for the service I get. Keep up the good work, I hope you take more business from zips.

Fast easy, the service was excellent, the owner personally asked how everything was, and the staff helped unclog the vacuum and i was able toget my carthe cleanest its ever been, and they accept cards, and vacuums are free!

So far, so good. I have a 3 vehicles enrolled in the monthly membership and choose Tommys because of my Ram 3500 diesel dually. I really dig the conveyer belt for moving things along. I really can't complain because it is an automatic car wash. The only way to make it better is to offer a hand wash at the same price. Just started using them today so I don't have much mileage with them yet. Give it a try especially if you don't want to wash your dually yourself...it is a tight fit though.
