Just got some concealer and tinted moisturiser. Brendan was super helpful colour matching and gave lots of helpful advice to myself and my wife while we were there.

Dianna was a huge help when looking for the right choices in makeup. Very friendly throughout the whole process. Did I mention how patient she was as well when it came to picking makeup out and all my questions?! Ask for her! You won’t be let down.

I never go into places like this without the guidance of my wife so I was hesitant to make a decision on a purchase. That is when I was greeted by Dianna. Top tier customer service is hard to come by these days and it was delivered. Thank you again for the memorable experience.

Me encanta la nueva tienda pero más me cautivo una señorita que trabaja ahí qué me atendió muy bien muy amable, contesto cada pregunta qué tenia y es super linda. La verdad me lleve una experiencia muy padre salí muy contenta. I came and in and bought some stuff and redeemed my points for something out of the bazaar. I asked the associate if it would come in a shade that I could use for my skin tone and she said yes. I went home and opened it and it is not. I tried to go back in to exchange the product or get my points back and couldn’t do either. I have now wasted 100 points that I had been saving up. Very frustrating. The second associate also didn’t have the best attitude in my opinion.

Don't exchange items here. If you do then they keep your original receipt and then tell you, you can't return the item even if it doesn't work because they no longer have the receipt and because i have already exchanged it once, even though I asked them specifically if I could still return the item if it didn't work and they said yes when I exchanged my item. I also looked up the return policy and no where did it mention that I can not return an item that has been exchanged.

Called them and asked if I was able to return items I'd bought from Bradley Fair Sephora and whoever I spoke to said YES. I get to the register and am told I cannot do a return unless it's from Sephora at Kohl's. What a huge waste of gas and time!

I would give zero stars if I could. Employee’s are really rude and make it seem like you are stealing the whole time you are there. This didn’t happen once not twice but five times I have been in there. I have only been five times. And each time have spent $50-$100.
