I had a great experience at this store with manager Tyler Venable. He was super transparent and didn't try to sell me everything under the sun. And the things I did buy he gave me the information I desired and was very attentive,, plus I got a free shirt my first time there! I'll definitely be a lasting customer here now based solely of my experience

I've been going to supplement giant for years! I feel they have the best staff. They are super knowledgeable and helpful always helping find the right product. Their prices and deals they do for holidays are hands down the best. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good store and great support system. Highly recommend!

Can't recommend Supplement Giant enough. The staff are not paid on commission so they are very open and honest about whether or not a given product is right for you, they won't try and sell you something if they don't believe it's worth your money. Incidentally, this approach has made me a really loyal customer as I know I can trust their advice. All staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and I could quite easily go in just to hang out with them, not many stores can say that about their staff.

Best supplement store I have stepped foot in! The knowledge of every staff member is insane. I learn something new everytime I go in. Super friendly, main goal isn't to sell to you it is to educate and help you reach your goal.

I go out of my way to go to the one on the west side cause I personally have grown to really like the crew who works here. Daniel and Katie are always super helpful when it comes to helping me choose my supplements. They suggest the best ones based upon my goals and what I like or dislike from what I'm currently using or have used in the past. Refer them to everyone and will continue to go out of my way to them.

I walked in and was told hello as soon as I stepped in. I take ten steps before an employee comes and asks me if i need help. He shows me were it at and hands me what I was looking for. They were polite and nice. I plan on going back and taking a look into everything they have to sell.

I asked a question about wanting protein drink as a meal replacement. Then asked about pre-workout drink to have some extra energy. He helped me out and made me feel welcomed.

Without a doubt the best place to get supplements. They have tons of products and aren't as limited as most other places. The staff answered all my questions and offered their expert opinions on what they liked best. These guys know their stuff!
