The customer service was unmatched!!! I was upgraded to the Mazda SUV crossover I loved the car! I love how they clean and sanitize their cars going the extra mile to leave more sanitizing wipes in the car for you to use. I couldn't figure out how to turn in the radio and the representative was happy to help me! I am definitely renting from this location in the future! I am 100% satisfied!

My car was vandalized in my Townhouse complex and my insurance reached out to Enterprise. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Frances of assisting me and baby when I say precise and professional .....that is exactly the amazing service that Mr. Francis provided ! Amazing conversation, informative on all of my questions and he even offered me a cold bottle of water in this 100 degree weather! Mr. Frances, my Family and I appreciates your courtesy and assistance while our car was being service. If we are ever in need of a rental, we will ask for your help. It was my first time to use the service, and I can say their cars r neat, n new. I had no problems. Thank you for valuing the life of your customers by having good vehicles.

But, as a customer, there are hidden fees which I was charged, and I didn't understand after using the services. Therefore I called their customers representative and was told I would be contacted, up till date: I'm still waiting for the follow-up call.

Apart from that, they are the best.

They have truly gone the extra mile for myself. Providing safe cars and offering a variety to chose from. Enterprise, thru some of the "Extra" things they have done, have created a loyal customer out of me. I reserved a car and when I arrived Marvin informed me that they ran out of cars. I was highly upset because it's my birthday. I became very irritated and Marvin called another location however they were also unable to help. Some how Marvin was able to find me a car last minute so my birthday plans would not be ruined. I found that reservations made through a third party such as hot wire are definitely not treated the same as using their app directly unfortunately 😕

I had to get my car repaired after being rear ended, Enterprise picked me up from the repair shop and brought me back to the store to pick out a rental. I ended up not liking the car they gave me. however they were nice enough switch the car for something bigger and nicer . The staff is kind and helpful and made this process very easy !

As usual, I had a wonderful experience withe the 37th street north location. I have rented before but never a vehicle with push button start/stop. John explained how that works. Asked about fueling the vehicle so he showed me where the fuel release door was and how to access it. I will definitely be a return customer. All employees were professional and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

I have rented before with them and never had a problem. This week we had a family emergency and I needed a car immediately. They were prompt, professional and very courteous. There was an issue with the billing and they went above and beyond in the way they addressed it and resolved the issue. They will get all my rental business in the future.

Great, friendly service. The only hiccup was that the car's cruise control didn't work. However, the problem was easily solved in Tulsa, where I was able to trade out the car and there were no additional charges. The customer service at Enterprise is always excellent which is why I will continue to use them, wherever I am in the future.

Ellen R literally provided me the best customer service I've ever had renting a car. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to keep my appointment and even followed me to the shop to save me from having to take a cab. I was blown away by her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to help me. Outstanding.

I recently rented a vehicle for 4 days from Enterprise Rent-A-Car @ 6300 E. 37th Street North in Wichita, KS. I had an excellent experience, helped by friendly and professional employees who were efficient and thorough with their explanations and paperwork. I also appreciated their practice of COVID-related safety measures. Everything went smoothly and the vehicle performed flawlessly. I am pleased to rate my experience as "5-Star".

This was a great experience, some what expensive but I also expected this. I received a very clean car and enjoyed my weekend with it.
When I returned the car, I was about to get Lyft to take me back to my place when the staff offered to give me a ride free of charge. Thanks for making my day with that.

I truly enjoyed my experience with Enterprise Car Rental at 37th Street, Wichita, KS. The service was prompted and professional from pick up to return. The gentleman who helped was so cordial. I will definitely use this location whenever I'm in need of a vehicle.

The reservation process was smooth and easy, my representative personalized my request. Although I missed the pick up time the in-store clerk quickly finalized my rental.
The vehicle was clean and ready to go.

I can't thank this enterprise location enough. We were looking for a 8 seater minivan for a family trip and couldn't find it any where in Wichita or surrounding areas. Somehow the guys here were able to get us a suburban which is an obvious upgrade. They didn't charge us anything extra for the upgrade and called us the night before to confirm they had found a vehicle for us! Thank you so much, I can't recommend the folks working here enough.

Great staff always friendly. They always take care of me and make sure I don't have any issue and ask if my trip went well upon return.

The first place we reserve our car at gave it away to other people which set back a day and made us late on our vacation but when we went to another enterprise company in north Wichita ks they took good care of us and couldn't believe what had happened and totally made up for the mishap by upgrading our car and having it ready to go for us and got us on our way in a flash I'm very happy with that enterprise in north Wichita. I have used Enterprise for years and have almost always had a great experience. I was in a pinch once and went with another company and it was a complete nightmare! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with a rental - very dependable!

When looking up the phone number for this location (which I always use for my business travel in Kansas), I wasn't surprised to see a nearly perfect 5 star rating. The team here does a superb job making sure that customers leave satisfied by being attentive to requests and accommodating in a timely manner.
