The Clayton store, #3083 it's always clean, fast and efficient, they even have a dedicated Amazon return station now.

I typically go into this store to return items that I bought online. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. In the times I've come here, I have not had any issues with them not taking my package or trying to charge me extra for things that I don't need, and I haven't come across any rude people who work there. Great store

I called early this morning inquiring about my returning a very large and heavy box to the original shipper. John who answered the phone was gracious and explained if I can get it in the door they will gladly send it back. Fast forward I drove over got the box to the door where I was greeted by John and he quickly opened the store door for me and took the box from me as I followed him to the register. He promptly checked the prepaid box in and handed me a receipt. In and out in less than 2 minutes. BTW all the employees were masked congrats++++++.

The reviews really made me nervous about coming here but both the staff members were super nice and efficient. I went on a Wednesday morning if that helps. I just had Amazon returns and they didn’t charge for anything!

I 100% recommend this store! The entire staff is so professional friendly and helpful. I completely trust them with my business shipping daily. I have tried other stores and this one is the BEST by far!

Friendly and efficient staff. Furthermore, the self-service kiosk works perfectly, so it takes less than a minute to mail a package.

Had an awesome, painless experience here with Andrew (I believe that was his name?). Got 3 different tasks done super efficiently and he was so kind to me! They are also only allowing 3 customers in the store at a time due to COVID, which I really appreciate safety-wise. Andrew was also super sweet about letting the other customers know which is imperative in my book. :) I'll definitely be returning in the future for my postage/printing needs!

I worked with Martin at this location to ship artwork valued at $12,000 to Germany. Martin spent a long time on the phone on my behalf working out the details with UPS corporate as well as different US government agencies involved in the process. He went very far out of his way to make sure the process went smoothly.

I will definitely return for this fantastic service and attention to detail.

After recieving a ridiculous quote and poor service at FedEx in Brentwood I drove here. Not only was the cost for shipping $60 less, the staff (Joe & team) there took the time to clearly explain to me the options and how they impacted to cost shipping documents to Canada. Will definately go straight to these guys next time!

The employees here are very helpful and nice. They are overworked, unfortunately, like most of us who stayed on through Covid. It’s a shame that the store cut its closing hour so short. I can barely make it before closing now. Sign of the times, I guess. :-(

I just recently moved to St. Louis and I’ve been in here twice. Both times a pleasant greeting the moment I walked in, friendly customer service, and seamless transactions. This will be my go to UPS location!

The staff is always extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to help in anyway that they can. We have been members of several UPS Stores and this one has been the best we have ever used.
