My wife loves this place! Great selection, my 11 year old daughter acts like a kid in a candy store here with all the nail, hair, makeup and girly stuff. I usually buy my wife’s shampoo and conditioner here and while it is incredibly expensive it keeps her heart and hair happy so, mission accomplished.

I go to the styling salon. They are always running on time, pleasant to customers, and talented stylists. This salon is always up on the latest trends and products.

This is such a great store! This big store is located inside of New Market Square. You can find a galore of make up, hair care items, to body/skin care items. This is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs. I'll have to admit this is my favorite store as I always find something I need...or want! They have wonderful sales associates to help you find what you need or to even help you color match to find your perfect foundation. This location has a hair and brow studio inside. This location has also started doing facials/skin care appointments which can be booked online. Sign up to become a reward member to earn points for money off and receive coupons.

Azalia helped me find what I wanted. She greeted me nicely with a smile. She was able to explain me what I needed to find out about the product I wanted to buy. Very helpful and friendly . I appreciated it.

I had the best experience the other day here! Not only did they have what I was looking for, but they were helping me find new products that I have been eyeballing. 10/10 recommend them!

I would say, decent, friendly employees work here who ask questions and really do their best to put the customer first. Finding the right product is difficult, but they prioritize the customer.

Love this location, the girls are always so helpful when I go in with questions. They helped me with a foundation match a few weeks ago and couldn't have been happier with the service!

I was looking for something specific and the staff was so helpful!! Nice clean store with a nice selection of products!!

I stopped in at Ulta on December 20th. As expected, the store was packed and associates were being run off their feet locating product and answering questions for customers.

I had a question and the associate gave me a helpful, thorough, and complete answer without making me feel hurried.

Later, while I was in line with one million other shoppers, a manager came along and politely, but confidently, made adjustments to the line so that we were following Covid procedures.

Great experience on such a busy day.

In the past, I have had unfortunately bad experiences with Ulta. However, I started shopping here back in February and I am amazed at the improvement! There used to be used makeup that was NOT a sample (not necessarily the employee’s fault) and no one would ever help me. But when I started to shop again I had people assist me, but not in an overly pushy way, and guide me to the right choices that suited me personally. And the good thing—organized inventory! I can’t recall the employee that helped me but she was amazing. Good job, Ulta. I’ll keep coming.

Though I always have a good experience when shopping at ulta, the customer service I received today while shopping was absolutely amazing!! Linett (ulta beauty advisor) went above & beyond to make sure my check-out experience was nothing less than perfect and remained extremely patient & kind with me the whole time, even though the store was crazy busy and I had several returns to make. Shoutout to Linett for being so awesome!! Definitely seek her out during your next trip to ulta beauty in new market square (;

I visited the beauty salon after receiving a good awful haircut from the great clips around the block. I was able to make an apt even though they were booked. The lady was so incredibly compassionate and understanding and took her time to fix my hair. She went above and beyond just fixing me hair, she fixed how I was feeling as well by being so supportive and uplifting. I wish I could remember her name but she deserves some reward for the amazing job she did.

Ashtyn does an AMAZING job on eyebrows! If you haven’t checked out Ulta’s brow bar you are missing out.

Today was my first time visiting the store and I was very pleased! The lady that helped me was very kind and informative. She was also very patient with all the questions I kept asking. I will be buying all my makeup there from now on.

I have been struggling for years with my oily skin and color matching but I went into Ulta (11/26/19) and Madyson (may have spelled wrong) and Hope helped me so much in finding something perfect for me. These ladies were so personable. I absolutely love this location and all the staff is so helpful.

My makeup artist for pictures cancelled on me last minute, and I called the store to see if they could help do my makeup. They accommodated me right away and did an AMAZING job. Thank you!

I came in last Friday to get some make up for a Valentines day date. Veronica was SUPER helpful and even taught me how to contour and told me what products and brushes would work best. She also gave me some lipstick samples with my purchase. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond. When I got home, I realized that my concealer did not make it into the bag. After looking in my car and everywhere, I could not find it. I went back the next day and explained my situation and they gave me a replacement no questions asked. I will always shop for my make up here from now on.
