The Manager Tyler took the extra time and helped me out with a battery. I’ll be making sure to come back for all of my automotive needs. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service!

Tyler got me fixed up with my battery quickly after I thought it had gone bad. I appreciate the attitudes both workers had, not every day you see a positive outlook at a car parts store

When my car decided to overheat on 254 and Rock Rd, this store was amazingly helpful. Had to spend my last dollars on a new coolant reservoir and didn't have enough left to get a new jug of coolant. Tyler (I believe that was his name) was not only the most friendly O'Reilly employee I've met yet, but was able to find me a discount on the reservoir and hooked me up with some more coolant when I would otherwise be stranded. I cannot speak highly enough of this store!

I have been in here several times recently and have been helped by several different employees all of which have been helpful, knowledgeable and nice.

I've been in a dozen times in the last few weeks and always received to notch help. Whether looking for a very specific type of nut or bolt, or just answer some questions, the guys here have been willing to go the extra mile and help. They have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store! Great job

My favorite go-to place for auto parts. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and this store carries an ample inventory.

Kudos to the team, from every O'Reilly Store, and especially Brian on Saturday morning. He went the extra mile in looking for a purchase (alternator) I had made over ten years ago. We were giving everyone the wrong information (6 cylinder vs 4 cylinder) and three phone numbers to review to find the purchase. What was going to cost $430 at Firestone or my giving up and purchasing another from O'Reilly's for $180 and my doing the work myself, ended up being No Cost, because he found the purchase in 2011, when everyone else was looking at only the 6 cylinder model.

This was beyond the others, although everyone tried on Friday (they were only looking at 6 cylinder Camry), Brian looked at both.

They continue to provide great insight and customer service, and stand behind their products.

I was getting universal coolant to top up, the employee made sure I got a more specific coolant for my vehicle. He was right, I needed pink. Also they were open at 8am on a Sunday!

My check engine light came on and I went to O’Reilly. They immediately hooked my car to their reader and told me the error codes and how to fix it. Great professional service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had some weird misfires and after checking a few things wanted to test my battery. I think the employees name was Drake, but he was prompt to run out and test it (it was bad. Looks like Interstate batteries owes me a new one) In addition he realized I was low on coolant and topped it off himself. It was a good experience, and I'm happy I came here.

I think I go in here at least once a week. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always have a positive attitude. They are always willing to come out from behind the counter to help me find what I need. There are always sales on oil and washer fluid going on, and they have an oil drum in the back for dumping oil after a change. All in all this is a great store, easy to find from the road, and conveniently located.

I can't remember what I was in here for, but it's a great car parts store, has most all the parts you'll need to fix/maintain your car. The counter guys will even come out and help swap out wiper blades for you if they're not busy with other customers. Great customer service and experienced employees.

Tyler put battery and windshield wipes on my daughters care instead of sending her home to do it on her own. He sold the appropriate battery. He did not take advantage of her. Employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

The guys who work here are AWESOME!! Mr. Kelly, Ricky, Tim, Dylan and a few others, are always willing to help plus they go above and beyond to make sure we get the correct things and answers! Thanks for all your helo from myself and mine!!!

store is very well kept and organized and the staff are very friendly I am in here alot and they always help me and are willing to give you a refund if you have bought the wrong part and the manager Tyler is very friendly which helps with customer service he always goes the extra mile for his customers

You can go to this location and get your battery tested for free, coming into the fall and winter months you will need a strong and charged battery!!

My Battery was on back order but with help of Brian he got me optima Battery which is a lot better the battery I had thank you Brian you the best 😊

The staff here are great and it’s one of the for service, I can say personally out of all the locations many of the staff are very helpful and the managers do a good job of keeping it all tip top.
