Cenex

So we got 5 dollar gift card in the mail from Cenex and it conveniently had the location closest to our address. Today we decided to drive out of our way to check out this gas station and use the gift card towards some things we needed like gas a drink etc. When we went in to use it the women at the register got confused. our total was 28.31, we used the card and the new balance was 23.31.... we placed 24 dollarson the counter and she said she needed help and called another worker to help. We explained what happened and she looked at the balance showing we owe the 23 dollar . She also was confused and said no, you are negative 23 on your card.... reminder the only think we use so far was the 5 dollar gift card.... needless to say we just paid the 28.31 and will never be back.
