Topeka Pediatrics, PA

Our children have been patients at Topeka Pediatrics for several years. We are so pleased with the care they receive! The staff really cares about each individual’s overall well-being as a person, not just a patient. I really appreciate that they call and check on my kids after they’ve been in with an illness. Kim has been wonderful with each of my kids and they are comfortable speaking openly with her about their care.

I love love love Topeka Pediatrics!! I have two young boys who have had a few rare cases. We usually always see Kim and even if we ever use anyone else or the emergency room I will STILL run things past Kim first. I trust her with my kids above anyone else on this planet!! Not only for the care she has given my children but the way she talks to me, very reassuring! You cannot go wrong here! :)

As a first time mom, this journey has been made so easy with having Kim as our daughters pediatrician! She is quick to answer my questions whenever I call and takes her time with us when we are there for our visits. The rest of the team has also been amazing and SO GOOD with our girl! Couldn’t imagine having our daughter under anyone else!!

Topeka Pediatrics and Kids First Urgent Care has been wonderful to us and our daughter! Kim and Dr Z are very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They listen and take time to explain every detail. The support and nursing staff are always friendly and welcoming.

As the mother to a medically complex child, I have high standards when it comes to picking a pediatrician. I can confidently say that the the entire team at Topeka Pediatrics far exceeds my expectations. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. They are always patient in listening to my concerns, as well as taking the time to translate medical jargon. They are prompt in returning messages and scheduling us in the same day if needed. Knowing I can call anytime, day or night and still get the same great care is a relief as a mom whose kids always wait until a night or weekend to get sick.

We switched from Pediatric Associates after our doctor announced his retirement in March last year. I wish I would have switched sooner!! Kim and Dr. Z have both gone above and beyond for my boys and never make me feel stupid for bringing them in or calling to ask a question. The nurses and front desk are always cheerful and happy to help when I call. They truly treat you like family and want what’s best for your kiddos! They are also open 7 days a week which you can’t find at any other pediatrician office in Topeka.

My kiddos receive the best care by Kim Golder and staff! Not only professional but personally!! I wouldn’t want my kids care to be done by anyone else! My mind is always at ease when we leave or if I have questions later, they are quick to respond no matter what time day or night!

My family has an immense appreciation for Kim, Dr. Z, and the entire team at Topeka Pediatrics. It's difficult to convey the numerous instances when Kim and Dr. Z have gone above and beyond for our family because there are so many. A recent example: when my son fractured his arm, Kim extended her working hours to see him, sparing us the long wait at the emergency room. Also, their approach to medical decisions is truly commendable. Being a protective mother, I research and strive to make the best choices for my children. Kim and Dr. Z consistently offer recommendations, but what sets them apart is their non-judgmental stance. They respect my decisions. They kindly guide and support. Their genuine consideration for parents' perspectives is refreshing and greatly appreciated! You want somewhere that will love your kiddos and care DEEPLY about them? Look no further!

I absolutely love Topeka Pediatrics! Kim loves our kids like they are her own! Everyone in the office is so welcoming and so nice to my children and I! I cannot recommend them enough! I absolutely love this clinic and their staff. From the nurses to both of the providers they are all very kind, compassionate and caring. I take both of my kids there and both have gotten exceptional care from sick visits to well child visits. They spend quality time with each of them and treat them both individually. I highly recommended this clinic for all your child care needs

Kim at Topeka Pediatrics has provided care for all four of my kids for the past 12 years. When she moved to a different office, we followed! The staff at Topeka Pediatrics always have a happy welcoming energy and give the office a very laid back family atmosphere and try their best to get you in as quickly as possible. Whether we are there for the 3rd time in 10 days because we’ve had a terrible virus mow through our family the week before Christmas (thanks for getting us in last minute on Christmas Eve!) or if we are there for annual physicals, the kids feel right at home and enjoy the fun and caring staff. Even when I’m certain we are her thousandth patient that day in a grueling flu season, Kim’s energy never changes from warm and caring. I love that over the years my family has built such a relationship of trust with our healthcare provider. If my 7 yr old son isn’t feeling well, “I need to go see Kim”. If my 12 yr old daughter breaks out in a rash on her face, “mommy, will you call Kim”. The kind of provider/patient relationships that you find at Topeka Pediatrics just do not exist anymore. THANK YOU for always making my family feel like we matter and like we are in safe hands!

So thankful for this group. I recently switched them to my daughters’ primary physicians after visiting Kids first urgent care and was so thankful for the time & attention they took to make sure my girls were back to normal quickly. They listen to the parents, don’t rush the appointments and do what’s best for the child. Would 100% recommend using them as your child’s primary physicians!

Kim and her team are absolutely amazing. You feel a part of their family as soon as you walk in the door. My 3 little boys love Kim and we are so grateful to have her taking care of them.

Kim is wonderful as well as all of the nurses. They always get my children in when they are sick and make us feel like we are very important to them. I always leave feeling relieved when we go see Kim and her staff.

I am a first time mom and I am not originally from Kansas. A friend of mine recommended Topeka Peds and Kim Golder. It was the best decision I made to take my kiddo here. My kid was born a month early and from day one going to Topeka Peds and Kim have been great. They are willing to answer any questions I have and give me guidance. Being a first time mom I and a nervous mom even more so since my kid is a NICU baby. They have never once made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. They always say call us if you need anything we are here. I’m so happy I have a pediatrician office I can trust and feel comfortable with. I highly recommend Topeka Peds to anyone. From the front desk to the nursing staff to the doctors and ARNP I have always felt comfortable and happy. They are amazing people with warm welcoming demeanor.

Would highly recommend Topeka Pediatrics! The entire staff is friendly and very responsive. My two children have seen Kim Golder since they were babies. Kim is caring, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our experience a pleasant one.

I cannot recommend Topeka Pediatrics enough. Can’t recommend enough, I was so sad to move out of state and have to get a new ped!! Kim is my rock star and always will be. My crazy first time mom antics and much calmer, but still nutty second time mom antics were always listened to and I never felt silly or embarrassed. They make you feel like part of the family.

This is the only place I take my kids. Always willing to get them in as soon as possible. The kids feel very comfortable with everyone there but especially enjoy seeing Kim. They have listened to my kids and made sure they are on the right path for health happy kiddos!
