Mallory was very quick to give me a quote on home insurance when we made the choice to purchase. Not only was her quote quick but it was cheaper than everyone else for the same coverage. She really knows her stuff and helped me customize our policy to meet our needs. Top notch and friendly. Can’t ask for more than that in an agent.

Mallory was awesome. She even folded up the hard copy of my insurance put in in a nice plastic sleeve and sent it to me. I haven’t had an insurer offer to send me hard copies in years.

I second all the reviews that are one star. This lady has no clue how to deal with a customer nor she has any information about how insurnace works. My policies were moved to a different agency and these two never knew what the hell was going on when I called....As per mallory never returns any calls nor does she know how to even talk to her customers. Shame how even farmers makes these poeple their agents......

So we’ve had this agent from going on almost 2 years and we’ve had an awful time trying to get her to respond to our emails or phone calls if you enjoy cat and mouse games then this is absolutely the agent for you. Otherwise don’t waste your time with her.

DO NOT use this woman! She is so bad at her job. Pitiful. She WILL NOT answer the phone, call you back, text you back, reply to messages on her answering machine.
