Best Western Plus Emerald Inn & Suites

The room was nice and clean. The housekeeping was amazing on checking each day if we needed any new toiletries, towels etc. Respected our privacy when the tag was out. We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast is as expected for a free continental. I didn't personallyeat, but my husband said it was God. They have a nice lounge area with a small bar. Great location with everything you may need within a 5 min drive or even walking distance. The pool was clean and had "party" mood lights. The hot tub was hot and it was nice to have it attached to the pool so the kids could be in the pool while we could interact from the hot tub. I was impressed and it took me by surprise they have a salt water pool and hot tub. We were spoiled, as you usually only get that if you pay an arm and a leg. I would recommend and will stay there again when we travel to Garden City.

Really impressed with this hotel. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, and was not many hotel options in the middle of nowhere KS, but this hotel did not disappoint. Parking was easy, good location, beautiful hotel, ambiance was really nice, lobby area, free breakfast, amenities, clean big rooms, fan in the room too and a vent in the bathroom (most hotels do not have those little details. Hot tub and pool were nice as well. Lastly, check in went smooth and staff was friendly and helpful. When I travel back to the area again, will definitely be my go to hotel for sure! Angel was so amazing and helpful!!

A very beautiful motel,starting with a wonderful lobby entrance, lots of seating and lounge are! Our room was so comfortable and clean.the shower head huge and the softest spray ever.This is one motel I can recommend to everyone. Very reasonable rate,first class accommodation! A note to the host,please oil the bathroom door hinges,they squeak. I would love to stay longer.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in a while! The location was great and close to restaurants and some shopping. The staff were very pleasant. They were remodeling the pool but it the kids were able to swim. If we are ever in Garden City, Kansas again we will most definitely stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I expected a mainstream hotel with throw-away plates, mediocre rooms, and generic breakfast. That was not this place. When I walked in, the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and new. The next morning I was very happy to see actual plates and silverware in the breakfast area. The ladies working made homemade salsa for the eggs (delicious!). The pancakes from the machine were actually very good and the kids loved seeing it work. There was more variety than the normal continental breakfast. What really made it, though, was how kind the people working there were. My family always travels through Garden City when we drive from Colorado to Oklahoma for the holidays since we like the zoo and indoor waterpark. This will be our go-to hotel now.

Good service, clean room, great breakfast. They have a bar and business center where you can access email and print (handy for flight info). The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was nice and big. Jets on the hot tub didn't seem to be working when we were there, but still very nice to fit the whole group in (8 of us) with room to spare after being on the road. We stayed for 2 days.

The hotel was easy to find. It was in a location with a lot of places to eat. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was warm, and they would write out what they will offer the next day. We swam in their pool which was fun, and the hot tub was large. We worked out in the weight room which had a lot of machines. Unfortunately the treadmill and elliptical machine were not wanting to go into a program to start (or else I was missing a step!), but I won't hold that against them because I'm sure most people do not use the exercise room anyway!

Best hotel in Garden City. Very clean, a nice staff. I've not tried it but the drinks at a small bar seem popular in the evenings. It is close to all you need when in Garden. Maybe the best Best Western in the nation?

Great, Clean, Well Kept. The staff was very friendly and everything was just outstanding. They had a little lobby bar and a nice pool area. Break was good as well.

The best place that we stayed at during our 8 day trip. Everything was excellent from the cleanliness and comfort of our room to the very reasonable price. The staff went above and beyond helping us. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through. Thanks for a enjoyable experience.

My wife and I have been traveling for two weeks out in the NW of the U.S. We had stayed in approx 10 different hotels. This is the only review that we have left. This hotel was the best out of all of them. This hotel was clean, organized, and the staff was awesome. The breakfast was excellent. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Friendly staff. Fresh, hot, tasty breakfast. Clean. New beds. Quiet.

It's a great location right off the highway close to the major shops in the area in case you're missing something on your trip.

The rooms were well kept and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I found myself quickly falling asleep at night.

Service was very helpful with any questions or needs I had.

This hotel is located near the highway and easy to find. It is a nice newer location and gives a very nice impression when walking in. The staff was great and helpful with questions. Room was very nice and appointed well, it had a sitting area and a bedroom area, with a fridge and the room was equipped with two tv’s! Not that we needed both. It was a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Really nice room. Breakfast was a buffet that was well stocked and well prepared. Definitely worth stopping and staying.

If home's the best place to be, then this would be the next best place. ; )
Janeth, the front desk manager and Bridgett at the desk were exceptional. The breakfast was tasty. Especially the homemade breakfast Burrito and salsa that Estella made. ( Not every day)
The suites were very comfortable and cleaned well each day. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice just right after a day of touring. Staff so friendly. 4 night stay.

Manager Janet is a great hotel manager! She runs a great program. Breakfast is wonderful due to the fun and talented cooks. The cleaned staff keeps this place spotless. Our rooms are clean and tidy. Pool, hot tub and bar and conveniently situated together. We love staying here when working from out of town. Been staying here for the past 6 months.

Very nice newer hotel. Clean, great pool and hot tub, good breakfast. Rooms very nice right down to the fancy folded towels! Would definitely stay again!

Lori was exceptional and made my families stay pleasant after having some check in issues. This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The breakfast options were pleasing and delicious. Staff super friendly and welcoming. I will be coming back!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Great breakfast. Seemed like they fill up fast so don't procrastinate too long as there are not very many hotels in garden city as nice as thus one.
