Staff has been great with everything that has went sideways. Room is decent sized. They have breakfast from 6am-10am. They have a pool but out if order.

All around very clean room....comfortable bed....breakfast was lacking....the out side needs attention...parking lot.

I find this hotel to be the best value in Garden City. Management takes care of the place as well - it's a good, clean hotel at a very good rate. Also, Grace at the front desk is great - through all my stays here, she has always cared about the customer. Really, the entire staff has been friendly and accommodating.

Great place, clean, tidy well kept with great personal. Yes they only had 2 towels and they may have been smaller than I use at home, but the one I used worked real well 😉

Staff was amazing and helped with all the issues we had to start with.
Service was great and free breakfast, location was around stores.

A quick one night stay, but we couldn't be more pleased. We brought our dog and toddler and the price was fantastic! The continental breakfast was one of the best I've seen. And my toddler loved the pool. The staff was light as it was a holiday, but everyone was friendly and accommodating. This has become my hotel of choice when visiting Garden City.

Stayed for 2 nights with the family on a business trip. No complaints at all on the stay, but the pool was the highlight. We find most hotel pools fine for kids but too cold for us parents, but this was the warmest most enjoyable pool at a hotel we've ever used. We swam for hours every night, it made for such an enjoyable trip. Will stay here on any future trips, especially if my daughter comes. Thank you for keeping your pool heat turned up!

We stayed two nights and were very happy with the experience. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, the staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Plenty to choose from for breakfast, and 24-hr coffee and tea available. The fitness room was not excellent, but I was able to get some exercise in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Added bonus - there was no place of water pressure in the shower like you find in most hotels. The location seemed safe and the room was quiet. We most likely won't be back to Garden City, but I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

Rooms were perfectly clean and bed was comfortable. Moving to the city soon and the woman at the counter was super helpful on where to and not to rent and general tips. Breakfast they gave in the morning was also fantastic. Would recommend every time.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, about 2 or 3 times a week, and every time I walk into the building, the staff is always super friendly and always wears a big smile. The rooms are clean and roomy with extremely comfortable beds. Every morning, there is a delicious warm breakfast served, including some amazing cappuccino coffee (as well as regular coffee, of course). The WIFI is strong and has yet to let me down (from streaming Hulu to playing video games). I very highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, relaxing room with a hard-working, caring, and overall fantastic staff.

Stayed overnight to visit friends and go to Parrots Cove. I didn't make reservations ahead of time, so only single bed rooms were available. I was able to rent a rollaway bed. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Someone had spilled a drink in the elevator, and staff had it cleaned up almost immediately. I definitely would stay again.

This hotel was really nice and clean, plus the manager works with pilot cars. I like that they had a physical LAN cord on the desk for laptops instead of only offering WiFi which can get slowed due to the amount of people that logs on, the bed was really nice, it wasn't super soft, but it was a firm soft or medium soft, I will definitely return.

Very nice rooms great place to stop for the night. They had many restaurants that gave 15% discount with room key. Small breakfast included.

I only gave three stars for location, just because the town itself has the core feed lot smell. This is not something the hotel can help

We stay here often. We find it to always be comfortable and accommodating. If we have ever been displeased over a specific room management has always offered to move us to a better fit room. Excellent customer service.☺

Nice place! Love the adult time for the pool being open until midnight! Clean nice room. The staff here are absolutely wonderful! I enjoyed it so much I renewed my room for another night.

Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms, nice complimentary coffee station, very nice breakfast. We did not use the pool but the area looked very well taken care of. Would highly recommend this place.

The girlfriend and I stayed 2 nights here. Beautiful hotel, had a small hiccup that we didn't even notice but housekeeping did, they upgraded our rooms even though it wasn't needed. It's a great place with friendly staff.
