All is well that ends well. We ordered a fireplace for delivery before we knew the big storm was on the way. We thought it would arrive just in time. Our luck was not that good. Robert said the storm might delay the delivery. I didn't think it would fit in my aztek. I was willing to try and pick it up early. Robert made it happen. He got the order ready early for me to pick it up. So it fit and just in time. Unfortunately it was damaged. I called and explained it was damaged.I was told they would swap it out. So on a cold snowy day they came out and swapped me out. Well the second one was damaged too. We did however have it for the coldest night of this year. The second one was not as damaged as the first one. We asked for a discount to just keep it and save the hassle of returning it. They agreed. Thanks menards for going the extra mile.

Great store with great prices! Love their rebate program which works so well for me and my family. Also love the variety of products to choose from! They also have great customer service! Rob in special order is the best! He says "Hi Joel" everytime I'm there and asks how I'm doing. That makes me feel important and valued as a customer. He always has my orders ready and runs a great team of folks. I'm always on the lookout for Rob because I know he's got my back. It's important to have great people behind you when you run a business, I count Rob as one my own because he is so important in making sure I get the best head start possible for my work day. I never want Rob to leave, but I know he will and deserves to move up.

I always enjoy shopping at Menards. They generally have the best prices in town from what I’ve seen, it is clean and organized. Staff members are friendly and there are many of them to assist you. I would recommend Menards to a friend.

Nice helpful friendly employees. Seems they have a better stock of most lumber then the other home improvement stores. The other big + is if your getting quite a bit you can drive up to the lumber and load so your only moving it one time, bad part is no AC when you do that. Been back several times and is now my go to home store.

Yes they have that also. Huge place with people to help. Great prices and oh yeah, they are a home improvement store too. You need soda they got it. You want a mattress, they got it. You need lawn furniture to go with your new grill you got from Menards, they got it. They even have a motorized shopping cart to g o find the stuff you didn't even know you know you needed.

We had a return at the Topeka store on Friday evening the 22nd of July and just wanted to give a shout out to the lady that was working that evening. She was so very nice and helpful. Menards is lucky to have her. Thanks for being such a great store with great employees!!

I was looking for some plastic shelving when I started at other places and was going to give up because the other places were so expensive. Then I went to Menards. I couldn't believe how much lower the prices were. The store is huge and I know there's a lot of things you wouldn't even think would be there. I want to take an afternoon and just go to see what all they have.

This is the best hardware store in Topeka. Customer services are exceptional. They are happy to see you going to the store. Yesterday I was looking for a 7" duct pipe before visiting all the other hardware stores in the area. Some don't carry it others like lower only tell you where you may be can found it. Menards' stop what they are doing and show you where the items are and give you options.

I stopped in there 11 days ago, & this place has everything. Their staff are very nice and knowledgeable and they'll go out of their way to help you find whatever you're looking for. I went there to get a High Velocity floor tilt fan, and I found one at a very decent price. The prices of their fans vary depending on the size and brand and what type. They also sell tools, appliances, and gardening supplies, As well as building materials. I recommend this place if you want High Velocity fans, appliances, gardening supplies, and building materials, & Dehumidifiers as well as furnace filters.

Every time I need help, I’m always met with someone that I feel genuinely wants to help. Weekends can be crazy, but I’ve observed many staff members be very diligent in helping guests. This doesn’t factor the 11% off promotions which, planning projects around the sale, has been substantial in savings.

Went to buy a light fixture for my dining room and seen a few I liked. I asked for help with one of the lights and associate was very friendly and helpful. Explained the other lights and the difference between them. Associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place to shop.

I did not realize the scope of items carried in these stores! From lawn and garden to home improvement AND groceries? Yep, you can even buy some groceries. The thing i love most are the prices. They beat most other stores of their kind most of the time. But i also feel you don't lose quality. I highly recommend for any project you are about to undertake.

Looking for plumbing parts Richard Willey was extremely helpful. Wasn't even his department and he stopped what he was doing to assist me. Thanks again for being the best store for my diy projects!
