My husband needed an emergency extraction. I called several offices looking for an appointment anywhere asap. When I spoke to Genesis they were very kind over the phone, they were able to do the consult for my husband the next morning, and a few minutes after squeezed him in to have the tooth removed. It was such a relief, he had been in a lot of pain. The dentist was great and the staff friendly. Thank you so much Genesis for helping us!

From out of state and in severe pain with a tooth infection. I was able to call and get an appointment and get my tooth extracted the same day. Everyone in the office was nice and very polite. I will definitely recommend coming here to get dental work done.

Great service

I went once and had a good experience but I've been trying to call and no one ever answers the phone! I've even waited for over 30 mins and left a message. I've waited on the phone for over 30 mins at least 3 times. Why isn't anyone answering? What is the problem!!

My mom arrived for her appointment and they turned her down because “the doctor wasn’t there” and they said that they had been calling her but she never even got a text except for the text that confirmed her appointment. Do better.

I'm a patient at this office, but have tried for 4 weeks to get an appointment for denture fitting after my oral surgery at southwestern oral surgery, which were very good to me. I've called 28 times to get an appointment for my dentures, left messages each time, and have had no call back or response. I've talked to other dental professionals in Garden city , and they've told me that they've had the same problems with contacting Genesis family dentistry on behalf of their patients.

Both my fillings fell out and I also had the worst teeth cleaning I've ever had. Would give zero stars if it would let me.

Horrible service have to pay up front and had to be calling insurance to get refunded for over charged. Also the service has been taking 6 plus months for nothing to be done.

Been coming here for two years with an initial plan to get partials and some teeth extracted. All they did was a few cleanings and two impressions. Im looking for another dentist to go to because they told me to do an appointment for extractions I did, the time of the appointment came I had to had my partials done by the appointment which was made two months before kept calling to ask if my partials was ready they always told me the weren’t called two days before surgery to find out they made a mistake on my partials and had to basically start all over not to mention they extracted two of my teeth and left a piece of root inside too. This has been the worse experience. And with all my teeth problems it was very frustrating and disappointing also emotional 🥺 I was exited to finally fix my teeth problems but no after two years it didn’t happen.

They left a bigg lump on my husbands tooth that we literally had to go back and tell them to fix it. They didn't even check how it was lining up with the rest of his teeth!

They take forever to answer they cancel appointments and they refer you when your most in need, I have an abscess and I’m pregnant and they have the nerve to say go to your dr to get amoxicillin and refer you cause they can’t do the job ??? Smh 🤦🏽‍♀ very unprofessional

Nobody answers the phone, there is never room on the answering machine to even leave a message, or confirm an appointment. I have been trying to get hold of this place for a month now, that's not even counting the year it took me to get through to anybody to make an appointment for services, and my daughter had to literally drive there in person to make that initial appointment for dental services for me. What's really going on in there?!!

I Had to make a appointment for my son and made it 5 months in advanced I had went to the main clinic here in garden and verified said appointment earlier that morning and when I went to take my son in apparently because I do not have a cell phone and couldn't verify the appointment the day before they decided to cancel my appointment. Thus office is a JOKE it was. Not only did we waste 5 months waiting for this appointment now I have to make another appointment elsewhere because people Don't know how to do there job.

They only have one doctor and they always cancel your appointments and rescheduling Always have to take off of work and lose my hours Be cautious with this place if I didn’t pay them all my money I would go someplace out

the receptionists are not friendly, they are despotic and rude they are not ready for that position
