Hampton Inn & Suites Bismarck/Northwest

This place is awesome. Staff are very friendly and several kinds of coffee are always available. The room was a shocking A+++. Clean, done nicely and I had a microwave and fridge. Lots of nice big towels for us XL size folks. Price was so good I don't want to tell them for fear the price will go up. This place is my new favorite place to stay.

Honestly this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in recent memory. Checking in was an absolute breeze as the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The Hot Tub and Pool were very clean and very enjoyable. The Room was quiet and cool. The continental breakfast was so delicious (They had cheesy scrambled eggs!)

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the service was fantastic, every employee we interacted with was wonderfully helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was close to restaurants, and activities. We are tall and the shower was a comfortable height and had complementary Shampoo and Conditioner in large bottles which was really nice.

So, full transparency, I do love a Hampton Inn. It's not because each one is special and unique, quite the opposite. I find them completely predictable and consistent, and that's what I love. With airline delays and traffic and a whole host of uncertainties when you travel, it's nice to have one thing you can count on to go right and for me that's a Hampton Inn. This Bismarck location is no exception, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the Hampton Breakfast. The only thing missing was the To Go Breakfast Bags when I had to leave early two mornings. I think they were a victim of the COVID years, but it would be nice to have them back.

If you are looking for adventure in your lodging then sleep in a tent, if you want a nice clean room and friendly service then this is your place!

This was an excellent Hampton Inn. The rooms were really nice and quiet. The view was OK, location was ideal for the I-94. It has all the usual facilities, including a great gym and a nice pool with lovely hot tub.
Would certainly recommend this one.

I've stayed here many times over the past several years. The quality of stay has been consistently excellent. The staff has always been helpful and friendly without being patronizing or bothersome. They were there when I needed them, but not underfoot every time I moved. The rooms are always clean. The bedding is always fresh. They don't provide daily room service but it was never needed to begin with for short term stays. There are more than enough supplies for a family of four for one evening. If any room service is needed, you just ask and they take care of it. The small refrigerator and microwave are taken care of and clean. Everything works! The breakfast is always decent with plenty of variety. There's a reason I keep coming back when I'm in town.

Clean, comfortable room. I used a chair as a beside table. We enjoyed the pool and spa after a long day of travel. We are not early risers so loud doors slamming shut from the early birds make me cranky and cuts my rest by a couple of hours. Fortunately a decent breakfast and coffee help me get me going - we appreciate breakfast availability until 10:00! The waffles were particularly fluffy today. 😋 Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient.

We stayed here along with our entire bridal party and we would highly recommend! Stacy was incredible to work with and made it a breeze to set up a room block. She was super responsive, kind, and helpful each time we reached out to her. We even rented out the meeting room for the girls when getting ready (3 hairstylist and one makeup artist came) and it was a great experience. Stacy had the meeting room all setup and provided more extension cords when needed. They also went out of their way to decorate our hotel room on the night of our Wedding! They treat you more than another guest here. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy!

The staff were very kind and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and delicious! We will be staying again the next time we're in the area.

We had the honeymoon suite for our wedding here, as well as had our guests stay here, and rented out the room for the day after and bridal shower. Stacey was amazing to work with! She is so nice and so well organized. They even helped my sister decorate our room for us. Turned out amazing! All our guests where happen with there rooms and Stacey even let me know when rooms were getting full for our guest list and who all booked rooms. Highly recommend here if you need a place for your big group of guests.

Soft water was a the seller for me at this place, but that wasn't all. The rooms were super clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The cleaning staff were helpful and accommodating. The dining area was very well kept even with a lot of people in it.

It was an all around terrific place!

Love this hotel chain. Every locale I've been to has been amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are a great size. They are clean and cozy. The mattresses are very comfortable. The bedding is warm and fresh smelling. Linens are bright white. The best part is the continental breakfast. Great place for families.

The hotel is nice. I was at the counter twice and nobody seemed to want to work it. When I checked in, there was a gentleman in front of me who seemed to ha e been standing their for a little while. He finally picked up the phone and dialed 0. It rang a fair bit before the person working the counter appeared from the back room. I was going to get a receipt when I left but I decided it wasn't worth it. Everything else about the hotel was everything I'd expect from a Hampton Inn.

This is your typical interstate hotel. It is clean and the staff are accommodating. The breakfast is your average hotel continental breakfast. The ONE thing that sets this place apart is the great bar/restaurant combo adjacent. They are top notch and about a 30 second walk from the hotel.

Wow, this is a must stay location. Amazing staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast every day. Close to everything. Great places to eat near by. Pool, workout room are awesome. If you are staying for business or family. Check out this location, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Mike B.

I stayed there for a week and was very impressed with how everything is kept up and breakfast was pretty good and different every morning. Little touches like pictures by each room number (in case you forget your number) and fresh juice in the morning is what sets this hotel apart! Rooms are pretty clean also.

We stayed in Bismarck, North Dakota for one night. The hotel was nice. It was right off the highway and located in an area with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean. There was a breakable sticker on the door before we entered letting us know that the room had been cleaned extra well due to COVID-19. They also had another sign in the room indicating they had cleaned the “high touch” areas such as the light switches, refrigerator, and charging ports really well. They had a nice fitness center that was opened. They had signs up saying to let the front desk know when you’re done working out so they could clean the equipment well. The pool and hot tub area is open, very clean, and nice. Due to COVID-19, they were not serving their typical complimentary breakfast. For breakfast, they had out apple and orange juice, yogurt cups, muffins, oatmeal packets, and granola bars for you to pick from. Coffee and tea was served too.
