I asked if they could do a like it with mint, strawberry, and cotton candy because my nephew wanted a pj mask ice cream and after paying had to ask for sprinkles because he wanted rainbow sprinkles. AMAZING SERVICE Thank you!!

So tasty with so many flavors! I personally like the Oreo Overload (creamy sweet ice cream, extra oreo cookies, chocolate chips and fudge) but many of the pre designed mixes are delicious. The ice cream is good on hot days but since everything is hand mixed, prepare a little extra time. I usually park in Bestbuy's parking lot to make it easier to leave. Don't forget, ice cream is only the beginning, they have cups, waffle cones, chocolate dipped waffle cones and waffle bowls and chocolate dipped waffle bowls. If you're looking for full flavor and AC, this is a place for you.

5 star for ice cream and everything about it. 1 star for customer service especially today. We come here weekly and sometimes twice a week and Usually they have friendly faces but today they had a young guy serving ice cream with horrible attitude. Saying have a nice day with the same attitude as telling you to f... off! I would have him prep ice cream in the back rather than being in the front with that arrogant attitude! I know it's hard to find employees but the good ones keep customers coming back. The ones like that young guy today who wasn't even wearing a name tag make you never wanna come back again.

Ordered a birthday cake from cold stone here in bismarck hoping for one of their online designs but they didn’t have it available. However their cake designer (can’t remember her name) said she could make something Star Wars themed. I trusted her to make the cake as best she could in the Star Wars theme and she delivered! The cake was so well done and exactly what we had discussed. I was so impressed with this cold stone and them going out of the way to help me and provide excellent customer service. Also their cake designer has some skills!

Fast service and the chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips was awesome!

Who doesn't love ice cream?!? This place is great. There's always a line, but they keep things moving along pretty well. Great place for a quick treat or a date. So many options to choose from too! Can't wait to go back and try a new combination!

This is by far my favorite place to get ice cream anywhere within 100 miles! If you have a sweet tooth & love ice cream you have got to check this place out. They have a bunch of different flavors, lots of toppings, ice cream cakes in the coolers, smoothies, etc. really friendly staff, clean bathrooms & lots of tables to sit at plus the grassy hill right outside under the small trees for when it's nice outside.

Picked up an ice cream cake today. Did a great job writing on the cake too. The energy from the employees was awesome. They were friendly & fun!

My shake was nice n thick and my wife's sweet cream with pecans was the bomb

Best ice cream in town, hands down! Founders Favorite is where it's at for my money. Caramel, chocolate, brownie chunks...all swirled into delicious sweet cream ice cream. Which is a little bit like what ice cream is, or should be, without any flavorings in it. Imagine vanilla, without the taste of vanilla. Just the sweet, clean, rich taste of fresh cream. Only downside, your ice cream is only as good as the coldstoner who makes it. Depending upon which employee creates your treat, and your own personal tastes, treats can end up: A.) Over Wrought - just too much of everything. B.) Under Done - not quite enough of anything. Or, C.) Just Right. They're semi-responsive to requests in that area. I've had employee's go way out of their way to ensure I'm satisfied. However, I've also had them just nod and keep right on making it how they've always made it, were always going to make it, according to their tastes and not mine. But by and large, the experience is always positive. I mean, it is ice cream after all. Even mixed incorrectly, it's still delicious. Go give it a try. You won't regret it. Bet.

The Bismarck Cold Stone has been wonderfully accommodating when it comes to creating gluten free cakes. Jamie, the daily operating manager, has been so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And the Cold Stone team has been wickedly fast with A+ service.

This place has many different ice cream flavors and toppings! We get to customize our ice cream any way we like it. My children love going here everytime we go to Bismark.

Cold Stone here in Bismarck is so much better than the one in Celebration Florida. I would love to be able to stop by at least once every other week if possible. Their flavors are out of this world.

Multiple options for ice creams lover. You can mix and match, create your own, or go with a simple scoop of a flavor of your choice. Not overly prices and nice staff

Very clean, staff is friendly, and good selection. It takes kinda long for them to mix the ice cream sometimes though, and there's not a lot of tables

Knowledgeable friendly and helpful service and many choices of ice cream and toppings. Maybe coming early as I did would help. Would recommend the vanilla and chocolate cake batter ice creams. Very sweet, very good.
