Amazing staff. Had issues with a part from another auto part store and explained the situation to the employee. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.

I want to a different store there they didn't have the part I needed but they looked it up on the computer soda this O'Reilly store had it even though they had the number to it it was misplaced they looked until they found it took about 30 minutes but they found it

Kirk was amazing! So kind and helped me get my new license on my car. Sounds like not a big deal but I wasn’t sure how as screws were worn & I feared getting pulled over! Kirk demonstrated great customer service which is what this world needs. Ty and I will be back for any automotive needs!!

I always have great service at O'Reilly's. As a female I aways fear getting "taken" for something I really don't need. I mentioned this to the employee and he, very sincerely I might add, told me that he was only there to help me and did not understand why female feel that way. He said that he only sees us as customers not male or female. I also like how when I buy wiper blades they put them on for me. I bought them elsewhere once and was only told how to replace them. I never went to that store again. I always go to O'Reilly's now.

Had what I need in stock. I used to use auto zone, but this is my got to from now on. Friendly knowledgeable staff.

Ron is the go-to guy. If you have a question he always has the right answer. He also makes sure you get the extra things you need you don't usually find out about until you get everything into pieces.

Some dirt bag stolen my back license plate off my car and had to get new plates. I have a bad back and have trouble bending over. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on gravois and a very nice gentleman removed my plate for me. I walked up to license place in the same center. I got new plates and the same gentleman got down on his knees to put them on. If there was anything higher then 5 stars I would give it. Unlike Auto Zone on lemay Ferry who I would give a minus star rating.
