T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Wow! I would first say that I would give 10 stars if it was available. We walked in on a Saturday morning and immediately greeted by all three staff members Mike, the manager, Summer, the sales person, and Jonah the sales person. Let me begin by saying these 3 individuals made my wife and I feel so welcome and so at ease with the choice we were making to switch providers after just a few minutes Mike had already pointed out how he could save us half of what we were spending with our old provider. Mike did not come across as a manager, but more as a friend from the start And summer should be holding seminars on how to sell custom service not just phones. Then there’s Jonah. He blew our mind when he walked a customer out to her car to help her connect to her audio device in her car unheard of nowadays I can’t see enough about the team at that T-Mobile store. I just hope the upper management recognizes these three as top notch individuals and if I had a fortune 500 company I’d have these three running my company because I know I’d be making a lot of money.

I normally have a rather difficult time at t-mobile with my upgrades but summer made my most recent visit amazing! She was very helpful, diligent and very thoughtful. She went above and beyond for me today & answered every question I had! 10/10 would go back if she’s behind the counter, I’ve never had an easier and more helpful experience ever. You rock summer!!

Jonah was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and immensely helpful! We were a little on the fence about switching and had a ton of questions to get through but he handled everything with ease and a can-do attitude. We were there for about 3 hours on a weekend while he was the only associate working and he never made us feel like a burden or like we were on the back burner.
We’ve not encountered even close to this level of exceptional service at a cell retailer. If he isn’t the manager already, he should be!

Jonah and Mike were incredible. My transition had lots of moving parts and was a difficult problem but these guys made it smooth and went the extra mile to make it happen. If you have a problem somewhere else come see these guys. They’ll make it work.

Jonah Mercer is one of the best sales associates I've experienced in my retail sales purchases. He's friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and well trained. I like his enthusiasm and encouragement. I had a dilemma of leaving my charge chord at work and he helped me get it resolved. Also I will be probably expanding my business due to him.

Jonah was simply amazing helping me around my cellphone. He is super patient and knowledgable his attitude was "can do". T-Mobile has kept me as a customer because of his expertise and demeanoŕ(patient)

We have been with Verizon for years and finally got sick of the 5g that sucked, our bill was over $180 a month for EACH of us. We finally just gave T mobile a try and we are very satisfied! For starters Mitch, who works at the Redmond location by Marshall’s was amazing. He was so knowledgeable in everything he told us, and was able to make it an easy quick process to transfer us over. He was very personable and honest! We now have a lower phone bill and much better service. Thank you Mitch!

I appreciate Aaron so much! I had bad customer service experiences multiple times in Prineville and also online with Sprint & on the phone with Sprint during my transition to T-Mobile, and Aaron was always there for me. Even though it took a couple of weeks to get it all straightened out. He is truly a huge asset to TMobile because of his happy, friendly vibe, his extensive knowledge about what he does and his willingness to go above and beyond in his commitment to his customers. Hang on to this guy!!! You can't train this, it's just the way he is. Thanks so much Aaron! You deserve the best!

My husband and I have been Sprint customers for 14 years and today I had the most positive experience by any Sprint Representative ever.
This was my first visit to the Redmond store. I observed the staff treating their customers friendly and efficiently. They were knowledgeable about their product, clear with their explanations and quick with solutions.
Today I was came into the store feeling discouraged, and frustrated and left feeling more than satisfied.
I was treated as a valued customer and told they were happy to resolve any of my future problems.
Their attitude made me feel appreciated and I am very grateful for their kindness.
I wish to acknowledge the team at the Redmond Sprint store for their excellent customer service and especially to Christopher Veland who worked with me today.

Best Sprint store in Central Oregon, heck, maybe in the entirety of the state. Excellent service, the assistant manger, Amy I believe, was super helpful and I will most definitely be coming back. Nice to see that during this trying time they have implemented a plan to encourage social distancing and good cleanliness throughout the store. Also, I like that they limit the amount of people inside, especially since my mother is high risk due to chemo. This is the new normal we all have to respect. Stay healthy and stay safe out there

Went into the Redmond store today. Had a great experience with Ethan!! He was on the phone with cs for a couple hours, he managed to get my phone bill down , and gave me a credit!! His customer service is exceptional! The smile never dropped from his face😊 . The other guys were a great help today too.

Aaron at the sprint/ T-mobile store in Redmond was amazing! He helped a issue we had on our account where they were over charging us for 16months for a phone we didn’t have and line we didn’t authorize to open. He got us our refund in hours the girl that helped us 16 months knew of the issue and never gave us our refund nor did she try nearly as well or hard as Aaron did!

I had a great experience at the Redmond Sprint Store. The employees were extremely helpful. Jorge made the process quick and easy. He answered all my questions. I have been a Sprint customer for over 10 years and their customer service is the best. I will always go back for any phone services to the Redmond Sprint Store.

Ethan Bell at Sprint redmond Or. My wife and I been dealing with this location for 16 years. However the best customer service we've received has been by Ethan. Always takes great care of us. And being not so up with tech stuff ourselves his patience and thoroughness in making sure we understand our devices and can always call on him. Don't lose this asset to your customers.

Jorge, Stephen, and Nick, are all rockstars!!!! We came in and opened 4 lines and they made sure that we had all we needed. They effortlessly took all of my questions and made everything perfect. I seen a long happy business relationship in the future. Super knowledgeable great customer service.

Koa assisted me with a complex account set up and transfer program. Thanks to his expertise and patience, I successfully completed the transaction. I received exceptional service at the Redmond office. All three customer service people were courteous, efficient and thorough.
