Got a "helpful hardware guy" that just didn't know how helpful he was. He was able to take me right to the parts I was looking for and even threw in some suggestions. Spent twenty minutes in the store as opposed to spending an hour in the big box store.

Nice selection and very helpful attendants that made my experience there a good one. Also there was no fear mongering idiots trying to force masks on the customers like at Menards. I won't shop Menards again.

WOW. Great service. Greeted when I walked in by Davon. He got on the radio to Matt who guided me to my options quickly. I was done in less than 5 minutes.

So friendly and very helpful. I had an issue and they got me the right answer even if it meant finding another coworker to answer it. I appreciated that instead of saying who knows or giving me the wrong answer! Definitely will be going there again!

I can rate this place a 20 but it wouldn't matter they are going out of business due to excessive high rent. But if you find your way there they are having a 20% off everything sell.

Every employee who walked by asked if we needed any help or if we were doing okay.
And when he actually wanted to know something, the lady was very helpful.
