Took my pickup into them and they did a great job.

Took my vehicle in for a simple repair, estimate said 1.2 hours. He had my vehicle ALL DAY and didn't install the part correctly, and i had to call to request the status.When I returned a week later to ask if it could be done correctly because my door did not properly close and the interior light would stay on while driving, and my door was actually dropping down worse, the woman inside became hostile, especially after I mentioned someone else had told me to take it back to them ask them to do it right, she told me "If he's so good why don't you have him do it!". So I told her I would, then left. Also charged me $3 to run my debit card after being told they prefer cash, which seems pretty sketchy. Bad experience would not recommend. I'm out $100 and my door barely stays closed now without having to mess with the latch every time.

Took car in for rear bumper replacement. Shop said 5 days. NEVER had communications from the body shop. Called at end of 5 days only to find out there was a parts problem. Told me no idea when it would be done. Called at end of second week only to be told they found additional damage. Called on the 19th day and vehicle was finally done however the shop had no intention of calling me. At NO time did this shop contact me about delays or completion. Went to pick up the car and was very snottily told I had to show up with cash for my deductible. I told the owner that I thought their shop was the most despicable and unreliable shop I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The owner started screaming at me, called me a motherf$)(; and to get out of his shop.

Rude. Whoever answered their phone was very rude and unprofessional. The call lasted 31seconds. I was calling around to see which bodyshop in Garden City would send someone out to my residency since I can’t drive the vehicle. They have a radio ad that plays all the time that says “the best shop in town” ...I’m sure their services are good but to be “the best” is starts with a professional conversation between the client and whoever is receiving the information.

Took way to long to do my repair. Wanted everything in cash, seems fishy...... Would not trust this place.
