Primo Restaurant

Had a great experience at Primo! We ate in the bar, and it was very clean and comfortable. The bartender/server had a great attitude and was patient. The food and wine was delicious and very affordable. If you're looking for a good pasta dish in town, this is the place to go!

Ordered take out 10 minutes before they closed after we checked into hotel.
Staff was super friendly and overly accommodating to get us food. Burgers were absolutely amazing. If I lived in Minot I would go there often.

I had sausage gravy and biscuits, and omg! It was very good. Everything I needed was ready when I picked it up. Great staff, very welcoming and friendly. I believe the price is good for the amount of food you get. I was definitely full for a while. Biscuits where fluffy, sausage gravy was flavorful. Needless to say I was impressed.

My husband surprised me, by taking me to this place for my “70th” birthday. Absolutely, fabulous. The food was great! I had Shrimp & Salmon.

The food is always good especially the sunday buffet.

Big shout out to Chris for the AMAZING hospitality. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked into the door she greeted us as if we were regulars. Her vibe was so caring and loving I honestly hope she’s our server next time around. So to whom ever is her boss the woman deserves a raise. As for the food my plate was delicious! Only negative was the shrimp scallops scampi my boyfriend ordered it need a sauce of some sort cause it tasted of pure plain noodles with seafood. After adding my sauce to his plate made it 10xs better. The PortoBello ravioli was so phenomenal, try that if it’s your first time visiting you want be disappointed. All in all I recommend primo for sure 🙏🏽

How is this place not absolutely PACKED??? The food was good, some of the best prime rib I've had in the area, the service was fantastic and it has an incredible view of Minot at night!!! We were literally the only table. I've been to Long Horn 3 times and never had them get my order correct, but the place is always packed, and here's this absolute jewel and it was empty....it boggles the mind. If you are visiting or a native, GO TO PRIMO it did not disappoint.

Chris, our server is amazing. 5 stars easy out the gate. She greeted us with lively energy out the gate, helped us with the menu choices and was very attentive. People like this keep customers coming back. 100%

Best steak in North Dakota. I went in on Labor day with family and we were the only ones in the house. Great service, great sides, great steaks, and nice music. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The Prime rib and garlic mashed potatoes rocked. So good. We were there for Easter buffet and it was crazy busy with a long line. Next year we'll make reservations.

Great boneless wings. Ate in the bar and the bartender, Aubrey is always an upbeat, polite bartender that knows what she is doing.

Steak was very good as was the soup. A bit spendy but a nice quiet place to go for a new dining experience.

Had s Great meal. My meal was cooked exactly how I wanted it cooked. Service was great.

My kids and I had an amazing meal tonigh and the service was top notch. I must add the Lemon Maccarpone was incredible.
