Charie and her family were so accommodating!! My mom just bought a scamp in Colorado and are driving it back to Georgia. After a few hiccups throughout the day we didn’t roll into the park till around 8:30. It was starting to storm and we were having a hard time hooking up our electric. I called Charie and her son in law came out, in the rain to look at it for us. Our spot was a clean, full hookup, easy pull through spot which was perfect because we’re still learning how to back it up 😅 if you’re driving through this area I definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice, quiet, and well kept park. Many full-timers and modular homes. Cheri works hard to keep things clean and quiet including a 5mph speed limit to keep the kids and dogs safe as well as keep the dust down. Most of the RV sites are in a quiet corner of the park with limited thru traffic. Great utilities, good WiFi with awesome all-inclusive rates. Will definitely be back.

If you are ever near Garden City, Kansas and are in need of a place to sleep for the nite as we were this is a quiet and peaceful RV park. The owner Shirley was the kindest and most helpful even at 10:30 at nite when we showed up. My husband and I are very grateful for her hospitality.😊

This is a very quiet and nice Mobile Home Park as well as an RV Park. No stickers nice buffalo grass. Very friendly people.

It's very pretty has lots of trees nice yard, picnic area very peaceful can support trailer houses and RV's
