Honestly they actually try to help, over the years, the culture there has changed and the people up front are actually friendly. I'm pretty sure I'd be knocking heads having to out up with people's attitudes, they somehow smile and shake it off...hats off to them!

It's pretty bad when you're expecting a delivery and the tracking number for 3 days tells you that it will be delivered on X date by 12:00 p.m.
Then at 11:15 a.m. it changes to 12:30 -4:30 p.m.
Then at 4:10 p.m. it changes to buy 5:05 p.m.
Then at 5:05 p.m. it changes to..... No time.
Hence the package was not delivered before the business was closed. Therefore, the package did not arrive on time. Therefore, the package was not received. I even ran into the postal guy that had my package on his truck.
When you pay to have a package deliver on a certain date by a certain time, people expect to have it delivered. Maybe I'll use UPS from now on.

The blonde, short-haired woman needs to learn customer service. When I told her I lost my ONLY MAILBOX KEY and that they never gave me any extras, she proceeded to tell me that they did indeed give me all three and that she’s been working here for 30 years like that meant the employees can never make mistakes. I proceeded to explain to her the situation in detail but she didn’t want to hear it. I’m not mad that I had to pay, just surprised and angry at the lack of respect I got as a PAYING customer. Thanks to another customer that was in there at the time, I know that they DO, in fact, make a lot of mistakes at this office.

The new mail person in chappel heights is messing up where to put designated mail for residents
My packages is no where to be found since yesterday
I also got mail for a different address in our mailbox
What should we do

I mailed a card with $50 in it to my daughter in law in Arkansas way before her birthday. The counter help said put some extra postage on it and it won't go through the machine. Darn right it didn't! It was suppose to be there on January 18 and still hasn't been delivered! SHAME ON YOU!

I was suppose to get a package today in the morning and all the women who was driving my route did was leave a pink slip in the mail box and drive off didn't even attempt to knock or anything. Not the first time this has happened too and its frustrating because they don't even attempt to knock and then in the slip they leave you it makes it sound like its your fault. Not only is it frustrating because they don't even attempt to knock but if i want to pick up my package or get it redelivered i have to wait till the next day even if i call early.

I work for a business that receives mail from a sub contractor (I assume). The last few days the carrier has been extremely rude to our employees and has had an aggressive attitude.
Of course we need mail delivery but there is no reason we should have to put up with such a rude carrier
