Hugo is an attentive listener; extremely polite; soft spoken; kind. He is compassionate. He is a calming presence. Hugo is knowledgeable.

Hugo is so awesome, energetic and friendly. He is thorough and takes the time to go over your care and really makes sure you are comfortable in knowing what to do. When he asks you how you are doing you can tell he really means it and will listen attentively to your concerns and what you have to say. He has lots of positive energy and has taken wonderful care of me. This can also be said of the staff at the Heart Center as well, they all have done a great job!

It's always pleasant sewing him and his medical care is great.
