Hy-Vee Pharmacy

Scott P. saved me $123 on 3-16-2020 and he did it without me having to ask. Here’s how it went down. I had a clinic send a RX to his pharmacy and during the ring up the first item is $119. I go, “Woah! Is that my cost or a number still left over from the previous sale?!” Scott tells me it’s mine. I tell him I can’t afford that. He asks if I have any insurance I’d like to add. I whip out my card, relieved that it’ll be considerably lower. It is, but it’s still $50 and I have others still left to add to the total. I’m broke as a joke and this, as small as it is, would affect me considerably. He sees my face drop and begins to look up discounts from good RX and also applies a house discount. He spends at least 8 mins ensuring I have the lowest cost. I... I just couldn’t believe it. I’m not used to people nowadays caring or even going out of their way to help me. Well, Scott P. did. I asked him multiple times if I could buy him lunch or anything small I could do to show my appreciation, but he politely declined each time. Excuse the novel but I just had to sing his praises. People are quick to complain, yet tend to stay quite when something good or extraordinary happens. Not me. Scott P. you helped me out more than you know and I hope your bosses realize how much of an asset you are to their business. And even if they don’t, I sure do. Thank you so much.

I just started working at this location 5 months ago. I’ve worked in 34 different pharmacies (if you include my 13 clinical rotations—and different locations of the same companies) and the staff I get to work with here is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They care. They work hard. They’re too smart to work here so I’m grateful to have them before they move on with their careers. They’re fast. Today people kept walking up and saying, “I just left the doctor so it’s probably not ready yet...” I would look them up and every time the staff had already completed their prescription. Guys, I never left reviews at any of my other jobs. I’m just so grateful to have such a wonderful team! Thanks, Rockbridge Hy-Vee for making me a proud member of your staff!

Alcohol free unleaded! My older truck burns alcohol fuel poorly, handles this stuff great! Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and they have hot sandwiches for a quick bite on the way in to work!

Have benefitted from their great service for years. Quick service, but staffed well enough that they have time to listen to questions and concerns. Helped me find a coupon once to cover a script when my insurance got messed up.

The person who gave this wonderful pharmacy a ONE STAR must be joking. I have a prescription that renews every month and the employees there have been nothing short of G~R~E~A~T ! ! ! I don't need to say more than that. Try them and you will see that they are FIVE STAR not one star. I just can't imagine anything other than the one star must be a mistake. If not, COME ON... at least explain yourself. Don't rate something one out of five stars and leave the reasons/explanation area blank.

The people are always friendly, the food is always good, and the coffee is even better!
Only complaint is that they don't have 89 at the pumps... why? Really weird, and keeps me from getting gas here.

There service was great they we're well stocked and all their coffees are a dollar right now.

It's really not bad if you have a Hyvee gas card.

Always fast and efficient

Prescriptions are never filled until you arrive even with hours of time between prescription being sent in. Our latest prescription was sent to a mobile filling service without request rather than being filled on-site but could easily be switched over once we arrived to pick it up.
