The employees of Western State Bank have been very help helpful to me and my family. They are professional and knowledgeable, as well as also being friendly and caring at the same time.

I just want to say, Cassie and Sonja are some of the most helpful people I’ve got the honor to meet! I enjoy speaking to them, they’re as friendly as they are on the phone or via email. They represent Western State Bank well with their service, knowledge, and character! I’m glad I can trust them and through all, enjoy banking with Western.

Lisa Wagner assisted me with setting up my online banking and with the mobile app! This is a great local bank that offers big bank perks!!! Detained online banking with a great app, no chance of your info being sold to 3rd parties. I've had instances where I've needed their operations to help, and they are always available to meet your needs, i would definitely refer you to this bank! This bank is very bad when it comes to withdrawing larger amounts of money and they are not all nice here they can be very rude.
