I think what set this pharmacy apart for me was the kindness of the staff. Every pharmacy is busy and seemingly understaffed, but not all pharmacy workers seem to be able to handle the stress. Not so at Keene. Even when there were a lot of people waiting for medications both inside and in the drive through, the technicians and pharmacists were kind to me and kind to each other. Can’t ask for more than that in a world with so much selfishness and rudeness. Keep up the good work, y’all.

Great pharmacy. I called to ask late one evening what time they closed because I need a prescription ( I live 40 mins away). I knew it would be close to making it there before they closed. The Pharmacist on duty stayed late so I could get my meds.. Excellent customer service!

Absolutely horrible service for my wife after her surgery. I will never fill anything here again. Walmart believe it or not has a bigger sense of urgency when it comes to filling prescriptions.

Not recommend! They do not read the scripts. My wife can not have corn, wheat or dairy and they gave her the medicine that did, luckily she checked before she came home today and had to go back and they kinda of gave her the run around but her chart said NO Corn, Wheat or Dairy . This could of been a deadly mistake. Please double check your scripts if you get them from this pharmacy. I understand pharmacies are busy no doubt but read the scripts before you send them out

I had to make 3 trips for a simple bottle of eye drops. I was told to come back in 15 minutes and they would have it ready. Returned in 1 hour and was told someone coded it wrong. 30 minutes later and finally got the eye drops.
