This pharmacy is great! They are always super friendly and knowledgeable when I talk with them. They genuinely seem happy to help and I’ve never had any issues with my prescriptions being late. They typically can fill them same day and seem to have a very good supply.

I love the fact we spend a lot of time in hospital and doctors office and often times our local pharmacy cant get thing so we can pick up things when in columbia. They work with my doctors and nurses that helped me at home. I appreciate knowing I have at least one thing going good for me and that's often a great pharmacy. If you are in the hospital they will deliver to your room before you leave. Major bonus!! They also seem to send a representative around to make dure your getting all your neds right and at what times you take them at home to try and work things into your schedule.

I love this pharmacy! it took awhile to get off the ground with the update, but generally prescriptions are filled in a timely fashion and they can really work with you with whatever you need. The team works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of!

Very friendly and helpful! If you're unable to pay for your medicines they have places that can help you. Easy to get to even if you have to take the bus to get there.

Love the new extended hours and the very personal staff. Best prices in town on OTC meds and my prescriptions.

Convenient when there's an appointment on the hospital campus.

The younger female staff were rude and non explanatory as to a difference in billing. Offered no help in helping me understand why. So i spend an hour on the phone with my insurance company trying to find out what happened. The female staff member could have told me it was for 3 months instead of a month. This is all new to me the medication I need to take. Funny thing the male staff was pleasant and helpful. But the young ladies that work here think their all that. I was extremely pissed. this will be my last prescription filled here If I can help it.

ER Doc prescribed a med that I have an allergy to. And this pharmacy did not catch it either. Went through two opportunities to avoid a potential disaster and both failed. I asked for a return call from the pharmacy manager and they never called. I contacted Patient Experience and never found out what their investigation uncovered. How many times can one state entity drop the ball.

This pharmacy is horrible. It takes a long time to get prescriptions (even when you call ahead to see if they are ready). They say they have your Rx ready but then will make you wait 20 minutes. It is full of people and not enough staff. Keene street is much more efficient and kinder staff.. you will waste too much time here.

I called this morning to make sure my prescription was ready. Got here and they put them back in stock

Went in at 9:30 for a refill and left at 11:20
