We went in to get a quad. Picked one out, applied for and got approved for a loan, filled out the paperwork and was out the door in 30 minutes with our new quad. Customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend this business to everyone.

Above and beyond. This past week I was shopping for my first ATV. Beyond online research, I knew little about what would work best. I stopped by Midstate and two other locations in Bend. The non-judgemental education and top notch customer service I received at Midstate was far greater than the other locations I visited. At Midstate I was greeted immediately. I found working with these guys was easy and knowledgeable. John Stadelman was the sales associate worked with. there willingness to work with me, was over the top in customer service. I drove out there from Beaverton Oregon to pick up my new ranger while we were doing paperwork they threw on the set of tires went over the machine completely help me load it on the trailer sent me down the road with a smile thank you midstate powersports.
