Top notch shop! Van broke down 8hrs from home and they started on it first thing in morning and had us back on the road by 11!! Free shuttle to and from the tiger hotel too!! Very nice guys and not ones to overcharge! Very thankful!

You guys always treat me well, and this time went above and beyond getting me help even though you didn't make any money; much appreciated. As it happens the fluid showed up while I was picking the car up. Dropped it off at custom and talked to Thomas...same guy who did my Tesla y'all didn't have the software for, he knew his way around it. Might be a good contact for future alignment stuff youre not equipped for. Anyway thanks a ton!

We worked with Cole and the team at All-Star Automotive and they were fantastic to work with! We had a few issues that we needed them to take care of on our Jeep Wrangler and Cole went above and beyond doing research on the best way to address a problem with our driveshaft replacement. We will absolutely use them again and my wife even wants to bring our other cars there. Thanks again Cole!

Great experience!! Originally went in because I had gotten a new battery from auto zone and my car was immediately acting up. Auto zone told me that it was my alternator and tried to sell me one without even testing it first. I went to all-star and they did a full testing of everything and determined it was in fact the battery that was faulty. I appreciated how detail-oriented they were with the entire process and being extremely patient with me over the two weeks plus more that was taken to try and get a new battery from auto zone. I felt very valued as a customer there and I feel like the whole team actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and opinions. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be coming back if/when I have another car problem. :) Definitely recommend to any college student that lives on campus or in the city. Thank you Joe and the rest of the amazing team!

I talked to several different guys about getting my fleet truck inspected.. super great guys whom I highly recommend. Because of time restraints I wasn’t able to get it inspected there.. but I will be back to use them because of how nice they were to me.

After seeing this review Joe reached out to me personally and made this right. There was no hassle or trying to deny or hide what had happened, and gave a true GENUINE apology. I can give him, and Devin 5 stars for their customer service.

This place is okay for a basic oil change and even then you are taking a risk. Just got my car back from Hyundai with a new motor because your "techs" do not know what they are doing. $1200 down the drain because you said the valve cover casket was leaking, then put a defective valve cover casket on which caused more damage. Then took it back and your "tech" said head casket... nope still the valve cover casket that was defective. This place will nickel and dime you. Just take your cars to the dealerships. Cheaper in the long run.

Highly recommend this auto shop! Brian and Cole at the front desk provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeabl and made the entire experience stress-free. I won't hesitate to come back again.

Got me in last minute for an inspection and were quick with the job. $60 labor for a quite accessible $6 light but the guys were really nice and they included pictures of everything they saw that needed work which was really cool. They didn't try to upsell me on work that wasn’t needed but that work that was needed was wildly expensive. Decent place, nice people. Happy Holidays!

I have been a customer of All-Star Automotive for 15 years and as long as I live in COMO and have a car i will take it there when it needs service. They are professional, friendly and do great work. The shuttle service is a very nice benefit as well.

All Star has been taking care of my Infiniti for several years now. It took awhile to find an Auto Service repair company I could count on. Always efficient, knowledgeable and patient. I trust their expertise.

All-Star Automotive is wonderful!!! My daughter is away at college, so I can’t get to her quickly if something goes wrong with her car but All-Star did. We’ve had to use their services a couple of times in the past 2.5 years and each time was a great experience. They were able to get us in and complete our service needs same day. The interactions with staff were very professional. The price was very reasonable for what we had done and the thoroughness of their complete inspection is TOP NOTCH. I've used All Star for years and always had great experiences- the pick up and drop off is really convenient and helpful for me, everyone has always been very friendly, I love that they have Saturdays off so they can enjoy their lives- but this shout out is for Brian specifically! I got very overwhelmed with the services my car needed, and he took the time to walk me through what my car needed, and since I can't afford it all at once, helped me prioritize what my car needs first, and then what I should do next when I can afford it. He even explained what the services ARE and what they do and why they matter. Most places don't do that! I really appreciate it. Choose All- Star- you won't regret it!

All Star Automotive is truly a five star business. They are always kind and helpful.They do a great job in explaining any repairs needed. All Star is the only place I will take my SUV for repairs and oil changes

Awesome experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Prompt service and excellent communication. Not only didn't they bring my CRV back to life, they saved me money by pointing out an issue with my tires. Long story short, I had a tire shop in town put 4 new tires and complete an alignment 2 days prior to All-Star taking a look at my CRV. All-Star noticed tire wear and recommend an alignment and rotation. I took my crv back to the tire shop and they admitted that they didn't complete the alignment. All-Star doing their part in the industry to help consumers feel safe. This would have been a perfect time to bash others in the industry but the All-Star employees took the high road and were very professional and kind.

Brought a loose flat tire in for a fix! I was in-and-out in a few hours, no problem. Price for repair was reasonable. They even loaded the fixed tire into my car for me! Checked in via text to make sure everything went well.

My Son is currently enrolled at Mizzou and living in Columbia.. Our home town isn’t too far away in Union,Mo. but it is a couple of hours drive. He experienced from serious brake issues with his truck. New to Columbia we had no clue as to where to go, who to trust with my sons truck, especially with brake issues. We search online and so ALL-STAR AUTOMOTIVE and took a chance going off reviews. Well, they are everything that the reviews say. They took care of us as they do for ALL of their customers. It is most definitely a huge Peace of Mind to know we have a garage in Columbia that we can trust, count on. Especially when it comes to the most important thing in our life , Our Son.

The process was smooth, fast and very comprehensive!
