Kilgore's Medical Pharmacy

Has the feel of a mom and pop shop. The store appears to offer everything that you could need over the counter and any prescription. Because it's a smaller store the prices are a bit Inflated, but they make up for it with their incredible customer service!

The best local pharmacy and they customize scripts, one of the few compounding pharmacies. They always make sure you understand or feel comfortable asking the pharmacist questions. A local gem and they have a drive-through, which makes life a little easier if you have kids or just need to zip in and out.

I’ve been using Kilgore’s‘s for almost 3 1/2 years and they haven’t missed on service yet. The staff is among the friendliest and most professional folks I have run into in any industry. They go above and beyond to ensure each visit is a great experience, and are happy to use whatever medium is most convenient for you to communicate. They’ve worked miracles for me in the 11th hour and proactively managed issues that made my life so much easier. One of the most unusual things I’ve experienced and greatly enjoy is that the staff will come out of the pharmacy and go right up to the cars in the drive-through line to serve the customers. It doesn’t matter if the line appears to be moving quickly. Out of respect for your time, they get your request started before you get to the window so that you can finish up quickly. Their customer service model is just fantastic.

Switched pharmacies for my son and i to Kilgores and have been very satisfied. I can't always get out so their delivery has been a godsend. I am very happy with this pharmacy, the staff are amazing and nice even when they are extremely busy. The delivery man is always kind. Thank you all so much!

I walked in with a paper script after having major oral surgery. I was in total misery which, to look at me at the time, must've flashed like a neon sign. They got me in and out. EZPZ. Please "shop small" everyone. Keep the money in the community. Forget the chain stores

The pharmacist Markus was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding a coupon for a necessary medication that had recently jumped in price. He was patient as he answered any questions I had, which made the prescription process much easier and more bearable. It's great to have someone so amiable helping with prescriptions as it can sometimes be a annoying task to navigate!

They are some of the friendliest pharmacy folks I've met. They have helped me reduce, even eliminate, some of my copays. They also offer booster shots by appointment, and I've never had a bad experience since I've switched to them in 2019. Did I mention, they will deliver for those who need it. Great pharmacy, great staff, great at finding savings; and all that delivered to your doorstep for your personal convenience. KILGORES IS KILLING IT WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!.

I've been struggling with another larger pharmacy chain in town for years and it's been miserable. They don't answer the phones, get the right scripts ready, or have them ready on time.
Since switching to Kilgore, I haven't had any of those issues AND I have enjoyed the added benefits Kilgore offers (i.e. mobile app to send questions and reorder scripts, scripts are ready usually within a couple hours or less, they always answer the phone, delivery in Columbia, etc.).

Love the drive through to pick up prescriptions

Very fast and easy pick up. Staff very friendly & always goes the extra mile trying to help u get your refills.

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They work quickly to fill prescriptions. The Drive Thru is very convenient with two windows. If there is a line and you are waiting on a prescription the employees will politely ask you to go to the end of the line so they can assist other customers while your prescription is being filled. They are very kind and courteous.

These folks are always nice and professional. Wouldn't give my business to anyone else. When my car was down they even delivered to me at home or work! What a team!

This pharmacy saved me this holiday weekend- they had the medicine I needed where other pharmacies were out of stock. The service was very friendly , professional and efficient! Thank you Kilgores !

I've been using this pharmacy regularly for almost a year, filling about 4-5 prescriptions on a monthly basis for my son. A mistake was made with one of his prescriptions a couple of months ago, but since that time, there have been no mistakes and they have went above and beyond to meet my family's needs. I am impressed with their dedication to providing quality service.

A young lady called me today to let me know about my medications. She was so sweet. Baily, you made my day!. We need more Baily's in this world. Continue to stay sweet. Love the delivery option also.

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!! I'm so happy I go through them. THEY always find a way to make sure I get my scripts on time or if I need them early they make it happen!!! Hands down, the best pharmacy Healthcare in Columbia perhaps the best one I've ever been to. They carry specialty Healthcare items at very reasonable prices. Trust me I've had to buy a good amount of specialty items for my senior family members and the prices here are way better than anything I've ever experienced.

And the staff is exemplary. They go beyond being helpful with their depth of knowledge and friendly manners everyone I've dealt with there is fabulous.

I greatly appreciate the friendly, prompt and convenient service. They always take the time to answer questions completely. With drive thru and delivery, they are convenient for many people. I won't go anywhere else. Kilgores has my business. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Visited Kilgore's to find large silicone toe separators for a family member because they are the only place in town that carries non foam type. I also got actual Ace brand bandages because they work better then the knockoff brands.

Pandemic policy was in practice with curbside ordering and delivery. The staff wore protective gear and were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Handicapped parking was available and there was plenty of normal as well.

I went to Walgreens on providence because they are my normal pharmacy I fill my scripts from but when arriving they were rude and impatient with me because I didn’t have my sons insurance number. I went to kilgore’s showed them my script told them what happened at Walgreens and in the mist of me finishing my terrible experience at Walgreens they had my son insurance pulled up and already had begun the process to fill his script they were kind and so understanding 20 minutes before closing not to mention. They also confirmed all the details about the script and dose! to be sure I were in full understanding AMAZING ! I am definitely switching pharmacies and will continue my service here! Thanks to the kilgore’s staff I am able to give my son his dose on time and didn’t have to stress about the issue! HIGHLY RECOMMEND KILGORE’S!!!!!!
