Extremely quick response from initial contact. Very straight forward pricing and very reasonable. We had two of our kids bedroom floors cleaned (we have 5 pets and 4 kids) and they looked amazing after. It only took about 1.5 hours and from contact to first available appointment that worked for us was less than a week. Extremely happy with the service and will absolutely be using again.

Our carpet is in bad shape. It has been through 7 dogs and as many cats, elderly parents, gravel roads, mud tracks, children, grandchildren, many people going through ruff times and/or needing a place to stay and all the other stuff that comes from life... It is due to be replaced with hardwood. I still want it clean regardless of when it will be replaced, so last week I contacted Sapp's HomePro. I told them I wanted the carpet cleaned before Thanksgiving. Tall order, right? Brian got us scheduled, they were here ahead of schedule and did a fabulous job. The carpet has not looked this good in years! They were very efficient and it only took a few hours. I am so glad I contacted them.

I had this company come clean the carpets in the old house I'm selling and the new house I purchased. They made both houses look amazing, even cleaned the hard surface flooring in the bathrooms and kitchens for free! Kool-aid and pet stains are gone, they definitely exceeded my expectations. Floors look brand new!

They did major clean-up and repair after roof collapse due to hail damage. Another company had started and did a very poor job of clean-up. This company came in and did a remarkable job of restoration and made sure I was comfortable and secure while the job was being done. I couldn't have been more pleased with the job they did and the manner in which they did it.

Brian cleaned all the carpet in the house and also cleaned and sealed the tile floor grout in kitchen, dining area and Master bathroom. He was professional, polite and friendly. I was very pleased with the results.
