CVS Pharmacy

The team at Butler Hill CVS is always so helpful and personable. You can tell the pharmacists really care for their patients. I always choose to fill my prescriptions at this location because of the great staff!

Lejla is the best! She is such a great pharmacist, very knowledgeable and friendly! I had a great encounter with her and she helped me with a medication that I couldn’t get at a different pharmacy! She really kept me in the loop! I will definitely be back!

Very slow. 7 people working. 1 register open. 5+ people in line. This should never be the case...

They are so slow. When my doc calls in a script, I always have to call to get them to fill it or I won't get it until the next day.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They didn’t fill my prescription as requested and kept saying they didn’t have it in stock. So I sent my script to another location that did have it in stock. Well now my original order is gone from this location. I call to ask why that is and the lady completely ignored everything I had to said and disregarded the fact that I went without medications because of their store. I’ll be calling corporate and somebody will be talking to you folks. I work in health care industry and your abysmal customer service is something to be made an example of what not to do. You folks are horrid.
