I am the biggest baby when it’s comes to coming to the dentist. The team at Cherry Hill Dental were absolutely top notch. Never felt any pain, had a deep cleaning, tooth extraction and implants. Jalin took absolutely fantastic care of me hope to have her every time. Toni the hygienist was quick, efficient and painless:) highly recommended the whole team

We love going to Cherry Hill dental. My boys, ages 12, 15, and 3 are never afraid, they love having their teeth cleaned. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, the doctors always take time to visit with us and make sure we feel comfortable. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else in town. Dr. Mary and Dr. Tony both rock!!

I was having issues with my wisdom teeth and they got me in immediately. Most places take weeks, even months. Everyone there was super nice and explained everything to me, including procedures and costs. My review will not do this place justice. It was not like any other dentist visit I've had...painless, quick, efficient, informative. They were awesome!!!

Could not be more pleased with our visit. Got us in right on schedule and about the most pleasant group of people I have ever been around. My six year old even sat still and was calm. I apologize for not remembering all the names that helped us but thank you ladies. If you are looking for a dentist then this is your place. I highly recommend.

I just want to start off by saying this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. So let me make this short and sweet. I needed 4 wisdom teeth pulled 2 were barely impacted. On the first call I was told they accepted my insurance, Which they didn't. Also they tried to prescribe me penicillin which I put on the form I was allergic. They told me they would wave the first visit fee because of it and they didn't. They don't put you to sleep and Anytime you call about billing they give you the run around. So all in Total they charged me $2900 dollars. Please do yourself a favor and look into other places. Also I have spoke to them in total about 12 times and the issue was never resolved and someone will call and act like nothing ever happened and try to schedule me another appt. Then I have to tell them the same thing over and over It's exhausting.

If you made it to this review before going to Cherry Hill Dental kudos to you! I wish I would have done more research before moving my dental records to this place. I suggest you turn around and find yourself a different dental office.

If you are reading this review after attending Cherry Hill Dental I would imagine that you are caught up in the same swindle as I found myself in. You had some simple dental work done. They told you how much you owed out of pocket before the procedure. You paid this amount and received the agreed upon service that day. Months later you probably received a bill for 1-2 times over what you already paid out of pocket.

As any intelligent adult with health and dental insurance you know that it’s a flawed system and tough to predict. However, you trusted in the expertise of Cherry Hill Dental to get it right before taking your money. In exchange you were subjected to surprise bills and ridicule when you questioned the practice. They will blame you. They will blame your insurance company. They will even blame your insurance salesman? I'm surprised they don't blame your mom for good measure. They will complain about insurance company reimbursement rates and everything in between. At no point do they say, “Hey, maybe we should take a look at our operations and see if we can make this process better.” “Maybe we shouldn’t charge so much.” “Maybe we should get better at estimating out of pocket costs.”

I will also warn you. If you leave a negative review they will call you and offer to reduce your bill if you take it down. The negative reviews you will read are only those of us who refused to give into this strong arm tactic. You’ll be subject to multiple text messages from Debbie's ("Billing Coordinator") personal cell phone. Email’s alluding to being turned over to collections. They will never put anything in writing but instead they will try to get you on the phone so that they can slyly offer you a break on your bill in exchange for you removing your review and not exposing the truth about their business.

Don’t take my word for it. Read the reviews for their actual office. Read Yelp. Facebook. Check out the Better Business Bureau. More importantly, read the businesses responses to their patient’s grievances. You’ll see that Cherry Hill Dental has created a culture that talks down to patients, blames everyone else for their oversight, and is downright rude to those that have the gumption to disagree with poor business and billing practices.

Ultimately, it’s not about the money as much as it is the way they treat their patents and don’t take responsibility for being bad at billing. I had been at the same dentist for over 20 years. I was hoping to establish a relationship with someone closer to home now that my young children are attending a dentist regularly. I am bummed that I wasted so much time and energy transferring records to a dentist with bad billing practices. I’m sure they will make transferring my records difficult. I read in other reviews where they refuse to transfer records for people that leave bad reviews or try to charge for the service although no other office does.

Debbie Harlan – I’ll be sending you a check today so please stop texting me. It was a bit weird and in my opinion highly unprofessional.

Edit: Just got another bill for a cleaning they did prior to the above mentioned dental work. These extra charges were never mentioned before the cleaning, before the filling, or during the entire ordeal. From the dates it looks like they are playing some game of retaliatory billing by trumping up old charges over and above what my insurance was willing to pay. This sort of negative and retaliatory culture is toxic and seems to run from the top down.
