Being a woman it is hard to find a store in which you trust what they are suggesting on how to approach your car issue. O'Reilly Auto parts listens to my questions and most important they don't offer some useless sells pitch about a product I don't need. O, O, OH YEA OREILLY FIVE STARS FOR BEING STRAIGHT UP AND HARD WORKING!

Always great even when they are busy , very customer oriented been a customer since 1977 pretty much says it all . And yes including the old location

I had to stop in for a new battery at O’Reillys on the Business Loop in Columbia today. Larry was very helpful and had a great attitude. Installed my battery very quickly, and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Thank you Larry for doing a great job!

After going to auto zone and 5 employees just walked around me..I left when across the street to O'Reilly's to get my part was helped as soon as I enter the door out m 10 mins. I stood auto zone for 10 min as no helped me and I was only 1 n store.womt go back there ever.O Reilly's rocks in customer service.thamk u.

Had what I needed always friendly and helpful

If you're patient in the world away you get a chance to deal with very knowledgeable staff that can save you money and parts . This particular establishment has met all the the mark of great service.

I had a dead battery when I got out to my car in the morning. After I jump started it, went to the store for a new one. I was really pressed for time because my wife was taking the car out of town and needed to leave within 30 minutes. William helped test my battery to make sure that's all the issue was, and after I bought a new one, although he could have just as easily said no, was nice enough to change it out for me due to my time crunch. Can't thank him enough for going above and beyond!

Was in a bind while traveling home and needed a torque wrench and a certain type of socket in order to re-torque my new wheels after 50 miles. The staff at this O'Reilly's were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. They didn't have the socket I needed but took the time to check every possible match. Great customer service.

I went in to get wiper blades. Mark had the phone ringing off the hook, a full line, and every reason to be frustrated. They are short handed and need help, but he was kind, very helpful and great to talk to! He took the time to put my blades on and made great conversation! Im sure he doesn’t get paid what he deserves!! He definitely deserves an incentive for his his hard, devoted and awesome customer service and work ethic!

We ordered the part we needed from here when we swung into another O'Reilly and they didn't have it. This O'Reilly helped us in minutes.

My car would not start and Don a mechanic happen to be there. I asked him to hit my starter until it started. I was at the right place at the right time.

Worley store is very helpful and knowledgeable. Don't waste your time on business loop location

It be great experience if management put real friendly employees can help you find what you need and not get mad at customers and also put more attention to the customers instead chit-chat between them it looks like we as customers getting everything for free so we need to wait until they finish chit-chat about their business,

Came in for a tire Guage and left with my tires aired up and a smile. Bill was more than helpful with getting me back on the road safely! He even showed me how to handle the issue later if I needed to fix it on my own. Thank you!
