I am very thankful for the friendly and professional services Dr. Whitsitt and his staff have provided me for 15+ years. It's a given, most folks have a little anxiety when they have a dental appointment. The pleasant office atmosphere always helps my anxiety fade away. From the reception desk to the dental chair, I'm always greeted by warm smiles. During a procedure, I love the fun banter between my dentist and assistant...I can't participate in the conversation but it really helps me to relax. It's a good thing to have a great dentist.

Very good dentist. Honest and won’t try and get you to do unnecessary procedures like some of the other ones.

I recently left this practice after wanting a second opinion on my dental condition. I asked this office to send my X-rays to my new dentist and they never sent them. They were not very nice on the phone either.

Was let go as a patient due two missing two appointments and canceling an appointment over a 1year period. As a single mom to 3 children and an assistant in surgery my life can get hecktic. Sometimes my surgeries go longer then expected, and sometimes my kids get sick. Sad to say that this institution called to inform me they would no longer see me. They gave me no chance to explain what happened. Unless your willing to drop absolutely everything for dental care, I would choose an office that can hold the same standard for their themselves as they do for their patients. They also collected money over the amount that was needed and kept that money as a “credit” while never informing me I had paid over. I only found this out while calling over 6 months later to make this appointment. They will now write me a check for over 100.00 that they had me pay and held at their office. If I had payed over why not send me a check before letting me go as a patient? Very strange behavior.
