I had a crown fall off before I was leaving town for a medical appointment the following day. I called and asked if Dr Powell could help me and she took me that afternoon. I so appreciated her making a place for me so I didn’t have that worry while I was away for several days.
Along with that, we always recommend her to our neighbors and they come very pleased.

They are very welcoming, and by far the best group of people in Columbia to go to. In a big city they definitely give the small town at home kind of feel.

Dr. Sally Powell and her entire staff are amazing! They are up-to-date on technology (like text reminders, which I like!) and seem fully staffed. Which in this environment says something! Each person I’ve interacted with is knowledgeable, friendly and happy!! Everyone likes what they do and as a patient, that translates into great care for me!!!

Dr. Powell and her staff are amazing. My children are 4 & 6 yrs old and they are always excited to go to the dentist. The hygienist immediately made my kids feel comfortable and communicated with them every step of the appointment. Dr. Powell is my dentist, as well. She has provided me with excellent care for over 10 years. With every issue, she explains what is going on, possible solutions, and long term implications. She is very easy to talk to and always addresses my concerns and questions. Everyone in Dr. Powell’s office is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I know that our family’s oral health is in the best hands and I would recommend her to anyone!

Love Dr. Powell and her whole office! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They are awesome with our kids as well. I’ve had multiple procedures done by Dr. Powell and it has been the fastest and least painful dentist experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Our family loves Dr. Powell and the hygienists! They are so efficient, quick and friendly. I’ve rarely ever had to wait. They don’t push unnecessary procedures. I’ve been to dentists that tell me I need 5 procedures done when there’s nothing wrong with my teeth—Dr. Powell is NOT like that. Highly recommend!

I have lived in Columbia, Missouri now for 11 years. When I first moved here in 2010, I was referred to Dr. Powell’s office and I remain loyal to this day. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Powell ever since moving to Columbia over 15 years ago. My children have been going since they were each a year old. My 6 year old actually looks forward to seeing the dentist every 6 months! Great staff, always so friendly and accommodating.

Clean, felt safe, only contact was with hygienist while in office. As always, very satisfied with the exam and cleaning. Dr. Powell is honest, willing to keep an eye on an area rather than recommend expensive dental work before it's needed.

I was happy to come into the office and be taken care of at the door. Checking vitals for signs of Covid, using cleanser, and answering questions. I felt very safe. My appointment was on time and everyone was taking care of my dental needs. I enjoy my experience every time at Dr. Powell’s office.

I’ve been going to Dr. Powell for years now. I’m a person that hates going to the dentist because I’m an adult chicken! She is vey good, and puts me at ease, as well as the dental hygienist I’ve also had for years. Dr. Powell also corresponds with my oncologist every six months without fail. When I go for my appointment, they always know me and greet me with a smile. They rock!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doc Sally is so kind and makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience. I have recommended her to many of my friends. Also, the office has a very comfortable atmosphere.

Dr Powell, lifesaver again! Broke a tooth right before bed and called Dr Powell’s office first thing the next morning. Despite a full schedule her office made room for me that morning and stabilized my broken tooth in no time at all and brought much needed comfort to my situation. Taking care of her patients is obviously her number one priority and I’m grateful to have her and her wonderful staff taking care of me. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cut above the rest.

The office worked diligently to try and find an alternate time for my son to get his cleaning when he came across a conflict. We adore all of the ladies in the office and going to the dentist is enjoyable! Thank you, Sally Powell DDS, for treating us with such good care!!
