I bought a car that drives like a dream. To add an extra level of complexity, it was a manual (which I didn’t know how to drive). Outside of a deal I couldn’t beat, my salesman Mike was extremely supportive of my decision to take such risk. Here I am one week post purchase and Mike reaches out to check the status of my lessons and otherwise my new car experience. Turns out Im kinda good at it. All around personable experience. 6 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend 🤗

Exceptional performance by the team!!!! Dustin was honest and pure at heart. He made sure I knew all I needed to know before and money was spent. He and Mike were diligent in making sure I could get not only what I wanted but also needed. Tanya was so sweet and is the technician of the team. Josh was awesome during the test drive and a real sweetheart. They are the true definition of the Dream Team. Not matter the situation or circumstances they do all they truly can to get the job done and you WILL leave in pure gratitude and satisfaction as my family and I have. My two sisters and myself all DROVE off the lot with affordable, great running car!!!! Thank you all for the bottom of my heart. You got a forever customer for sure in sales and services!!!!!

They're not just friendly; they go above and beyond to be helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.

Had my truck serviced here in the past. I was pleased with the service and the cost of repairs were very reasonable. The mechanics on duty were helpful and professional, explaining the process needed to make the repair. They didn't try ro "sell" more repairs than what I brought the vehicle in for. Would highly recommend their shop.

The work was fast and efficient. The mechanics thoroughly checked my car and let me know, honestly everything that was wrong and had to be done. The whole experience overall was very good and I will be taking my car back again for repairs!

I really appreciate the service I received on my car AC system. I've been having problems the last couple summers no one else fixed the problem properly with my AC, but you guys did now my ac is so very cold in my car on these hot summer days I can ride comfortable now. Thank you:)

Car repairs for a single female can be quite stressful, so I am eternally grateful Kevin and his crew are there to help. The clutch on my 2009 Toyota Corolla suddenly got stuck, but it was fixed and ready on time as promised. I've been going there for over 10 years now. They have never let me down. Most importantly the work is always done right the first time. I highly recommend this shop.

Nothing is more stressful to a female than having car problems. It's comforting to know that Ferguson Motor Service has been there for me for around 10 years now. They communicate the status of the repair, offer fair pricing, but most importantly repairs are done right the first time. They stand by their work.

As much as I've gone to these "big time" mechanic shops, these nice gentlemen and place is the best I've gone too. Gentlemen at the front counter was honest with me and said they were very busy and couldn't get to my car until Monday, could look at to see why my oil light is on though. So I was prepared not to have my car over the weekend. I go back up there after I called him to get status, they end up fixing everything that was wrong with it and very reasonably priced to have it done. I'm thankful to God he gave me the mind to leave the first place and directed me to these guys.

Have been taking vehicles here for years and I cannot recommend it enough. The owner runs a good shop and I have never had an issue with any of the services I have had. They also price fairly and get their work done efficiently.
